Our house is located directly on the Linz main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the main square 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. The apartment was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Although quite far from the centre, the trams go every 2-3 minutes, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. The apartment has all the facilities you need. Gertrude is alsp very helpful and nice :))

We had a great stay with Karin, who was a great help and very flexible with our arrival and departure times. The apartment is spacious, well equipped (very comfortable beds) and bright. The location is central and, due to its orientation towards the park, it is surrounded by greenery. The apartment was absolutely clean and there was nothing unnecessary around. The little extra: the small welcome gifts! Thank you, we will be happy to come back!

Amazing location with lots to do! Easy to get to the main train station to visit other areas of Austria. Accommodation was fantastic and very clean with a great view. Daniela was very responsive and easy to contact!

We were here for a week and felt very comfortable. The apartment was very spacious for two people, unusual and comfortably equipped with a beautiful view of the Danube. Everything in the apartment is largely self-explanatory. Modern and clear in an old wall. The house is very quiet, all important things are easily accessible on foot. Margarete and Lorenz reacted quickly when there were inquiries. We will be happy to come back.

As I was 4 days ago, I am very satisfied with the caravan. It was clean as always and the other facilities in the house, which you can use so generously, too. The dinner at the Beisl was delicious and the evening with Martin's father was entertaining. I am already looking forward to the next stay in 5 weeks.
