We were only able to stay in Fethiye for 2 nights but the apartment served us well, great location right on the water. Paid public parking is available just a hundred meters away, was easy to get to. No complaints, would stay there again!

my stay here was phenomenal. photos do not do justice for the beautiful scenery and views from the unit. i were worried after reading some reviews about lack of hot water and the lock not working but the water was HOT! and i had absolutely no issue getting the key from the lock box or locking and unlocking the unit’s front door nor the door to my room. the unit is in a central location-only a five minute walk to a local grocery, and many, many restaurants. there are restaurants a plenty all over old town. the views were stunning and definitely worth the walk up all six flights of stairs. the host responded very quickly and provided excellent instruction on how to locate the place. the in-unit washing machine was very convenient and the AC worked great. while i kept the drapes open for the entire duration of my stay to soak up the views, you could easily keep out the bright antalya sun by closing them up. 10/10 experience. side note: i appreciated the hair dryer with diffuser attachment

Ahmet’s place was perfect for what we needed. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had to fly out again at 6am the next day. Ahmet and his sister were available to drive us whenever we needed (even at 4am to the airport) which was very kind! Location is a cute beach-side location. Restaurant area is around 30ish minute walk but felt a lot quicker because of the beautiful views! They also offered to drive us there and back too but would definitely recommend the walk if you have the time!

Wonderful place to stay! Very central but quiet as the apartment is on the 8th floor (so has fantastic views!). The host was very responsive, even with our very late check-in and was always very friendly and welcoming. Stylish modern and comfortable apartment with all you could wish for. I highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Istanbul.

The location was really great!!. It’s within 10-20 mins walking distance from many major tourist attractions and just 1-2 blocks from really good restaurants. No need for a taxi unless you want to visit other neighborhoods. We did, but found the best to be right where we were. Check in was easy— we were greeted by Mustafa’s parents, who live upstairs. They were very friendly and gave helpful tips on where to eat and how to get around. The apartment was as the photos, and very clean. Bathroom is tiny, but well appointed. It was quiet and felt safe. I would have liked to have additional blankets as it was a bit chilly at night. (I like it warm) I just turned the heat on for a short while. Other than that minor thing, it was a great stay. I’d book there again if I went back to Istanbul.

First of all, we were very pleased with the interest of the host Yunus Emre. We could easily reach him whenever we needed and he was very helpful. We had no problems finding the house and checking in. The house was as it appeared in the images; it was peaceful, sweet and comfortable. Its proximity to the sea, beaches and Yiğitler Market also provided a great advantage in terms of location. We were very pleased with both the comfort and the location of the house. We would like to thank Yunus Emre, the host, who made us feel at home.

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

It was a vacation we enjoyed immensely. If the June price was like May, we would stay at least 10 more days. The location of the Miniq house is perfect, you are in the center of the town, it is extremely easy to reach everywhere on foot. From ice cream parlors to fish and bread shops, from small shops to port restaurants, from the municipality to the hospital, from military social facilities to beaches, everything is right at your feet. The night view is another beauty. There is almost no traffic, just enough to hear the sound of places with music at night. We wish everyone who reads this comment a pleasant holiday in our Miniq home.

We rented it for our 4-day holiday and we were very pleased. The house was as in the photo, the inside of the house, the pool and everything was very clean. Everything that should be in the kitchen was available. We would like to thank Mr. Zafer, who picked us up from the train station on the first day and dropped us off at the house, and they took us to the train station on the last day, and they also came to help us with everything we needed during the days we were at home. We had a wonderful holiday and we plan to come again. I recommend it to everyone.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! Thank you for having us.

Great stay and great communication

Our stay was great! The house was even more beautiful and clean than the photos in the ad. All our needs were considered, we really liked the attention to detail. The location is also very central and the view from the balcony is magnificent, it was both a relaxing and easy to reach experience. Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment feels like home and is in a very beautiful location. Has all the furniture needed for extended stays as well. 10/10!

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)

We had a very nice holiday. The house was just gorgeous. First, it was clean and tidy. Everything in the house was brand new. The view was wonderful and we had a very pleasant time on the balcony. It was very close to both the sea and the city walls. It was also a great advantage to have a market nearby. Mr. Dündar responded to our questions immediately. She was very kind and understanding. He also gave very good advice. We thank him very much.

We had a perfect accommodation experience as a family. All the details are considered in the house. The view is already number 10. I definitely recommend it
