Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. A renovated cottage in New England style with sea wiew! The cottage is secluded with a sunny patio and terrace facing the sea with the evening sun. Fireplace with free firewood, a fully equipped kitchen and two bikes to borrow. Since 2020 we hade a new bridge with sunchairs and a firepalce by the water.
