We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Robert and his mother were fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating, it made our trip absolutely seamless. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is small, but perfectly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Its biggest asset is the location – right in the heart of the old town, which means everything was close by. A great place for a short stay in Zadar!

We stayed at Boris's place with dog and toddler for 3 weeks and it was really great. The terrace with the view is the highlight, but the bed is also comfortable, the apartment was even cleaned free of charge during our stay and everything was available as indicated in terms of amenities. You can be by the sea or in the nature reserve in a few steps and have many excursion destinations in the surrounding area. When there was an issue, Boris responded immediately. Really great, we booked directly again for next year and would definitely recommend the apartment!

We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

The apartment is great, everything is very neat, with remarkable cleanliness. A luxurious apartment where you feel good. The equipment is complete. The place is quiet, you will sleep well, large closet in the bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, the living room is nice, beautiful bathroom, the only downside is the shower, low slope for drainage, the water does not drain quickly enough and it can flood the room very quickly. I recommend it.

We had a great stay here in Zadar. Nikolina provided detailed instructions to help check in, the place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Was in a great location, we enjoyed our stay here.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Was a great holiday quiet area and the host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was well maintained and the interiors were very nice, only the cushions are a bit hard, if you want something softer you should take your own upholstery. Also the smaller house where the "tavern" is located is very nice with a rustic look but modern kitchen. All in all, this is a great place to stay

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

The location of the place is great. There is direct beach access via the host's property. Bakers and restaurants are within walking distance. Larger supermarkets are also very easy to reach by car. Zadar itself is about 20 minutes away by car. The accommodation is super well maintained and the kitchen is super equipped. Everything you need is there. The hostess was always available and fulfilled every wish. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace with Jacuzzi, which of course was used a lot. I can only recommend the listing! We'd love to come back.

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

Great experience, the apartment perfectly matches the description, everything is cared for and clean. A few steps from the sea (concrete beach) and a sandy beach. The village with groceries and restaurants is a 15-minute walk. Very kind and helpful host family. 100% recommended!

My family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. This was an excellent location with parking and 10 min walk to old town. I have 3 kids (12, 10, 7) and they slept nicely with 1 on the couch which was a large size. Apartment was clean, had many amenities (coffee, tea, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, bathroom toiletries) towels for everyone. Washing machine with dryer was helpful! Ana was very helpful and responsive. We felt safe. 2 minute drive to grocery stores, park, soccer/basketball which we went to daily! Thank you for a great stay!

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!
