I had a great time, great stay in a great place…quiet, clean and peaceful

This is a lovely space, very roomy, clean and convenient. The view from the kitchen is beautiful and it is a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind after a day of outdoor adventures. I booked it to explore Yosemite, which is about an hour and 15min or so to the entrance. It’s a beautiful drive, and there is also so much to explore in Sonora, Columbia, and Jamestown. The Gold Rush history of this area is fascinating to me, and this is a perfect basecamp for nature hikes and historical sightseeing. Michele is super helpful, responsive, and gave me excellent suggestions of things to do and even an ideal itinerary for my four days there. Highly recommend.

Another great stay at Stew's place. I highly recommend. It is off a busy highway, but you wouldn't know it because it is secluded down below the businesses and is very private and quiet. Everything was very clean and lots to do with movies and games for the kids. The hot tub was so nice. It was very cool in the morning so that is a great way to warm up under the canopy of pine trees that surround the back deck. Definitely will be back for another stay.

Tom's Alpine Escape in Yosemite West was amazing! It was exactly as described/pictured and so much more! The instructions for finding it were great, it was a perfect location for getting to all of the Yosemite sites, and Tom has literally thought of everything you need. Check in and out were easy and Tom gave us a warm welcome on our arrival. Plus there were great personal touches like the bottle of wine and the cookie dough in the fridge which he left for us to enjoy! Cooking in the kitchen was a dream, the place was spotless, and everything was very comfortable and well thought out. The wifi was fast and great to have as was the AC with the heat. We highly recommend Tom's place and look forward to staying again, hopefully soon.

My family and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The loft is truly a hidden gem—cozy, comfortable, and just the right size for me, my husband, and our toddler. It was thoughtfully equipped with anything we needed beyond what we brought. The location couldn’t have been more convenient! We walked to downtown each day and truly enjoyed the surrounding area. All info was provided in advance, which made check-in easy. Mike was a responsive and helpful host. Access to the lake was such a bonus—it was calm, uncrowded and added to our already wonderful stay. We definitely hope to return soon!

The rental property was in a great location - close to the yosemite valley as well as wawona sights. Our stay was terrific. While we could hear the footsteps of the renters above, we never heard their voices or any other sounds. My biggest caution, which has nothing to do with the rental property but more to do with the road management, were the potholes on the road from Wowona road getting to the property. We hit several potholes at night and one of them blew our tire out. Again, this is NOT a refletion on the property, which was incredible and perfect for us, but it's more a caution for anyone who will be driving on those roads until they repair them. This rental property and our stay was perfect!

We love this place. It’s a very clean and comfortable. It’s like a home away from home! The owner is exceptionally friendly and will respond to your messages very quickly. We’ve been here twice now and loved it even more the second time. Came up to Twain Harte to play in the snow and we were not disappointed! The roads in the vicinity were plowed and maintained during the snow fall. The home heating and gas stove work great to keep you warm. The TV is massive and the internet is fast. Again, we love this place and can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at this Charissa's property in Murphy, CA, over the long weekend! The property was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it the perfect home base for the getaway. The hosts were welcoming and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—close to Bear Valley Adventure Park and downtown Murphys, where the kids had a blast, and they got to experience snow for the first time! The surroundings were peaceful, and we enjoyed the beautiful mountain views. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We’d definitely love to return!

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, new, modern lodging only 30 min from yosemite valley. We cook a lot and appreciated the nice appliances, vent hood, bbq, and high end pots, pans and coffee maker. Owner reached out proactively to suggest earlier arrival on a busy weekend which changed our plans and made arrival quicker. Great communications throughout.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

Where do I start. I'll start with.. the Schoolhouse was one of our favorite Airbnbs. It was home for six weeks and was the coziest Airbnb I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Serene and quiet with wildlife just outside the French doors in the bedroom through which natural light filled the room. The decor was warm and inviting. The photos don't do justice to the home. We had everything needed. The kitchen was spacious with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, plenty of cooking utensils, cookware and dinnerware. It has everything you need, whether it's a long or short-term stay. Lorna was kind and helped with anything needed. She was patient when our packages were left at her home and insisted she bring them, so I didn't have to walk uphill to her home. (Thank you!) We've traveled full time for 5 years. Normally, I'm excited for the next move, but this time, I did not want to leave the Schoolhouse. Thank you for the beautiful home and care received while there.

My wife and I loved our stay here!! The interior was beautifully decorated and filled with high end items from the comforters and pillows to the kitchen knives and cookware. It made our stay feel luxurious up in the mountains. Then, the whole reason we chose this cabin, the wood-fired hot tub was an absolute delight and has ruined all other hot tubs for us. Nothing like hearing the fire crackling as it heats up the water for you. We loved the abundance of towels, the old CRT tv upstairs (we brought our N64), and the overall cozy feel of the cabin. There are some houses nearby, but most are hidden from view and you still feel very secluded. Well worth the 8hr trip for this beautiful place.

The condo was conveniently located. Everything was as pictured and clean! Just an FYI-we tried to enter the condo 15 minutes early and we could not. We would definitely stay here again!!

Me and my friends had a great experience staying here, it was so easy to check in and get situated. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive, and made this weekend getaway so pleasant.

We had a great time in all the pools!

This is a wonderful spot. Top floor end unit with really lovely views(might be the best there) and very quiet. There were deer outside, hummingbirds, dragonflies and lots of sweet birds. Pool and games are close. And the people that work there were helpful and kind. There are a few spices in the cabinet but anything else you need to cook with you'd have to get at the grocery store or bring with you. Definitely equipped with all of the necessary utensils and linens. Having a grill was really nice. We would definitely stay again if we go back. Made for a fun and comfortable first night in Cali. It was great to be stay inside Yosemite. The access to Glacier Point was better than staying at Yosemite Valley. It was good to get perishable food in the valley than come back and cook meals instead of buying meals in the valley. We would be very happy to stay there again if we come back for a visit to YNP.

Great location with lots of activities to do in the country club ! Very close to Yosemite national park. Alan was very helpful and quick to respond .

A small condo with all the basic necessities. We had no issues during our stay. Convenient location to YNP and Glacier Point. In the area, it is so quiet and peaceful. The internet is slow, but already knew that having read the reviews while booking. I agree with another reviewer who stated about the bath tub knob is hard to turn, but I’m satisfied that it had good water pressure and hot water running.
