It was completely remodeled in 2018 with amenities that include washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi, cable TV, central heat/air, tankless water heater. 1 block walk to restaurants, shops, and the Iron Door Saloon. It's 24 miles from Yosemite National Park entrance and a 20 min drive to Lake Don Pedro. Plenty of room for boat parking. There are numerous mountain biking trails nearby as well as guided river rafting excursions with a local company.

Lakemont Pines is unique as it provides a private lake(10 min walk ),offers a sandy beach, roped off swimming area, paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boats, floating tubes of all shapes, sand toys, snack shack, and games/ activities. During summer month, HOA requires daily lake access fee $8 for each guest ( 3 and under are free). Guest will pay the fee to HOA directly at the lake.
