This was an amazing alternative to the crazy expensive Overwater Bungalows at the fancy resorts! We would choose this again in a heartbeat. It was great to be able to snorkel right off the shore at the property.

Truly a unique experience. The villa is only rented a few months a year, so you stayed in someone's house (with house cat). Which gives a warm feeling. In my opinion the most beautiful location of the island. great view and close to our favorite restaurant Fish & Blue.

This was truly one of the most beautiful houses and locations I've ever stayed in. The house, garden, and pool were so peaceful and breezy, with many special touches. Karine was a warm and communicative host (we especially appreciated the flexible check out). I can't recommend this place highly enough if you're looking for a relaxing and unique experience on Raʻiātea!

We had a great time with the family. Heimanu gave us a nice gift for my birthday. The house is tastefully decorated and everything is thought of. Beautiful floral decorations. The bedding was good and the place was very clean. Kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles are available. The pool was very nice and the icing on the cake was that we were able to admire beautiful sunsets. Despite our late booking (the day before our arrival), Lafie made herself very available and was accommodating for us to have the accommodation before the indicated time. We had a pleasant stay, the two bathrooms with integrated toilets are really a plus when there are several people in the accommodation. Access with a city car is not ideal but otherwise everything was perfect.

Arranged for taxi pick up and drop off in viatape for the navette out to the airstrip. Helped out with a left behind item. Had Louane orient us - fluent English but allowed me to try out my high school French. Walking distance to several restaurants around the corner from local market with baguette and croissants in the morning.

There are no words to describe our stay! Paradise! In addition to being welcoming and caring, Johann shared his passion with us! We were able to discover the creation of pearl jewelry and even create our own bracelet/necklace! The children were able to pierce their pearl! A unique moment, an exchange that will remain engraved! What a beautiful place! The kitchen was very well stocked and ready for us to cook our meals. The location was perfect. Far enough out of town that you felt like you had wide open space, but close enough to get to stores and restaurants easily. We were really impressed with how clean everything at the property was. I didn’t feel like we needed to clean anything to feel comfortable. The sunsets are stunning. The available kayaks were a lot of fun. The large grassy yard was great for playing games with the kids We had plenty of space in the house to feel like we were at home. The host has thought of many things to make this place, comfortable and accommodating. We would absolutely recommend this place to someone else.

For the accommodation, it is not too far from the road and town and with a restaurant just nearby. The place was clean simple and especially no noise. Very nice stay, the cottage is very well arranged and comfortable. We had a lot of fun. The welcome is superb.

We stay at Poeiti’s house every February and it’s always a beautiful stay! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the house accommodates 8 people. Comfortable. Tierry the onsite manager is always helpful. The beds are comfortable and the location is up on the hill next to Matira beach so it’s always perfect for us. We are so grateful to always stay at this house each year for our annual trip! We will be back next year!

Samuel was very welcoming and took care in showing us the place and any questions we had. The location of the accommodation allows you to be close to shops and especially to enjoy the beautiful bay thanks to the kayaks available. Close to the port. The peaceful breakfasts on the bayside terrace were perfect and in the evening the sunsets beautiful. If you rent a vehicle you can enjoy the beautiful island tour with magnificent views and lagoons, with small visits to manta rays, Matura paradisiac beach. I recommend it.

Idyllic location!! We had a wonderful stay, the beach is splendid, with rays at the appointment every night! The fishing neighbors, especially David are adorable! The house is very clean and functional, very efficient air conditioning! Recommended with your eyes closed (better to open them in front of the wonderful view😜)

The studio had everything we needed and it is ideally located across the beautiful beach. Yolande is an exceptional host and her hospitality was above and beyond. We had a lovely stay!

We had a great stay thanks to Maiarii and her impeccable accommodation. Everything is thought of for comfort: a fully equipped bedroom and kitchen, a modern bathroom and brand new furniture. The presence of two bicycles and a double kayak enriched our experience, allowing us to explore the island and reach the motus easily. Maiarii's welcome was warm and caring (flower necklaces, transfers included). He was very responsive to all our requests and gave good advice for our activities.
