This Airbnb is beautiful, the pictures don’t really do it justice! When I arrived for check in my phone was dead and thankfully the helpful security was able to call the host for me and get me into the apartment and I really appreciate that. I loved the location of the Airbnb as it’s located in Downtown Tulum near many restaurants and gift shops. An ATV/ Bike rental store is two stores over and I enjoyed being able to walk right over and rent one. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Tulum!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well maintained. The location was convenient — easy to get everywhere by car. We especially enjoyed the private little pool and the large shared pool. Diego and Marina were super helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean and the complex was great. The location was good and we were able to conveniently bike around town wherever we wanted to go. Cris was so nice and helpful with organizing amenities for us! We had such a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Airbnb surrounded by nature and exactly like the photos. The room was a great size for two people and had thoughtful touches like a Roku TV, bath essentials (body wash, shampoo, conditioner), silverware and plates, plus a 3-gallon jug of drinking water on arrival. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool and common areas are lovely. There’s a small store in the lobby open on weekdays for snacks and drinks. Host responded quickly and the staff were friendly. Cleaning supplies and trash bags were provided, which made it easy to tidy up. A few things to note: the stairs inside the unit don’t have a handrail, and it doesn’t feel like a kid-friendly setup. The biggest downside is the location—it’s far from downtown Tulum and not very walkable. Because of that, I wouldn’t stay again, but I really enjoyed the room, amenities, peaceful vibe, and all the greenery throughout the building.

This was my second time staying at this apartment, and I loved it so much the first time that I brought my husband back for his birthday, just two and a half months after visiting with my sister. That said, there are a few things first-time visitors should know: 1. Rent a car. The apartment is in a more remote area, and the road leading in is unpaved. It’s not difficult, but it might feel unfamiliar if you’re not used to driving on dirt roads. A rental car gives you flexibility and peace of mind. I wouldn’t recommend using taxis every time you want to go to the beach or into town—it adds up quickly and limits your freedom. 2. Fly into Tulum Airport. Now that the Tulum airport is open, it's only about 35–40 minutes away from the apartment. You’re only just a few miles from the beach and very close to the town, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and a more local vibe. If you’re a fan of Thai food, I highly recommend Sukhothai—it’s about a 10-minute drive. Overall! Great!!

If you want hot water in the jacuzzi, this is not the place for you...yet. Amira is still under construction but the pool and rooms are AAA+. The hosts went above and beyond to help with any need I had, and I felt right at home. It was disappointing to find out the jacuzzi was cold water only, but if I read the extensive description, I'd have seen that (not in the jacuzzi description but much further down in the details). There's no restaurant or bar, but I was provided with amazing recommendations within 15 Min walking. Best nights sleep I've had in the whole of my trip and the sense of having an amazing support crew there for anything I needed was fabulous. Highly recommended!

The accommodation and the hotel were beautiful and clean! It perfectly matched the photos. Tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our time here. The accommodation was spacious and very well equipped. The private pool upstairs was really a big plus! The wifi worked great. The bathroom is huge with a lot of storage. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We had everything we needed, and even more! The 360-degree communal pool was incredible, especially for the sunsets! The hotel is located not far from Calle 7 with plenty of restaurants. There is a parking lot just in front of the hotel, a 24-hour reception, an elevator and a gym. Great stay!!

This place is great! Will definitely be back, everything was as described like the photos. Location is great and walking distance if you need a taxi the front can request you one super easy in under 5 mins. Security out front place is right next to the police station also. Pools are great and the hot tub doesn’t get hot at all but it’s nice to have.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

John's place was absolutely perfect. It was a great size and clean. Wifi was great and worked well for conference calls with no issue. La Valeta is a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main town while still within short walking distance of some amazing coffe places and restaurants. The airbnb had everything I needed. The pool area was quiet and always had room. John was extremely responsive. Highly recommend for long term stays.

Great place to stay, in a great area. Only trouble was a power and water outage for a couple of hours but wasn’t that big of a deal and typical for the area. Overall I would stay here again and the free daily cleaning option is awesome! Highly recommend!

Paul is a fantastic host and a truly caring individual. He always checked in on us and was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The place had everything we needed which is exactly why we chose it. Honestly, it ranks in our top 3 best Airbnb experiences. We would’ve stayed longer if it hadn’t already been booked! The space is cozy. you’ll feel right at home. The bed is huge 😄 I loved waking up to the morning sun streaming through the windows and enjoying my coffee while journaling on the balcony. A great, peaceful experience overall.

This Bnb was exactly how it looked in the pictures. We were here for a bachelorette and had the perfect amount of space for five people, including a full room for the bride herself. Private pool on the rooftop. Kitchen good size. Bathrooms are all stocked with the necessary things that we need. Having small individual mirrors in every bathroom was so helpful when getting ready for five girls. Peaceful area the community is gated. And overall just feels really safe. Gas stations were a short 10 minute walk and we made multiple trips during the weekend. The host are so nice and sweet and the housekeeper helped with everything that we needed during our actual stay. The welcome packet that they made was super helpful. As well as the transportation service with Abner that they work with!

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

A peaceful jungle retreat with all the essentials We had a lovely stay at this beautiful jungle home, surrounded by nature and wildlife – we saw plenty of iguanas during the day and even spotted a couple of scorpions and a small snake at night (to be expected given the location, but worth noting!). The house is compact but well-equipped with everything you need. Facilities are excellent, and the space was more than adequate for a comfortable stay. Despite some previous reviews, we did have hot water – the shower handle is just reversed, so turn it to “cold” for hot! There were a few power outages during our stay, which is fairly common in the area. One outage lasted several hours, so keep that in mind when stocking up the fridge. Our host was fantastic – super responsive and helpful throughout. That said, an information booklet covering things like the shower, local amenities, and how to manage during power cuts would have been really helpful and saved a few messages. The bed shee

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed this place. It was peaceful, secure and very well maintained. In addition to the place being amazing, the team was extremely responsive and very caring towards all of our needs. I recommend this place 10 out of 10, Rafael and Andrea took such great care of us! Exceeded our expectations - casa piedra is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Gorgeous inside and out. All rooms are large - it was hard to pick a favorite! The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. AC worked like a charm. Over and above concierge service - helped us with recommendations, reservations, groceries, and a million questions. The whole team was super responsive and patient. We are so grateful and can’t wait to come back!

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. It exceeded our expectations. The property is private with peaceful surroundings. All the amenities listed were very useful to help us feel at home. The location is close to local restaurants and attractions. Daniel was very responsive and helpful in all communication. Very nice appartement. The bed was very confortable. Great towels. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. Very well decorated. The host is always available if you have a question. The check in is very easy. Hot water for you shower, a great kitchen to cook in, fantastic leaving room and a nice little patio. On site there is bbq area, pools, gym. I definitely will go back and I recommend 💯. Very quiet despite a bit of construction going a few meters. You hear the birds. Really nice place
