Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Tulum Municipality

The host Gibran was awesome. Very responsive, thoughtful and attentive. The perks of nearby spa and gym use were great and the room was what I needed; away from road noise, great AC, clean and peaceful, with great wifi.

Schönes modernes Apartment. Bequemes großes Bett, Küche war gut ausgestattet. Großer Balkon und der Pool der Anlage war auch sehr schön. Der Wasserdruck für warmes Wasser war leider sehr schwach und bei 5 Nächten wäre es gut gewesen, wenn man die Handtücher einmal hätte wechseln können. Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß ist man schnell im Restaurantviertel von La Veleta. Für den Strand braucht man natürlich ein Fahrrad o.Ä. Alles in allem, ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert.

Respecto al hospedaje todo estuvo genial, el enfitrion siempre atento. El único detalle fue al rentar las bicicletas con Benjamin, que es la persona que recomiendan ellos, me llevo unas bicicletas viejas y que desde el primer día presentaron detalles. Al comentarle a esta persona de los detalles de sus bicicletas me dijo que pasa por la noche a cambiarlas, cosa que no pasó, pasaron los días hasta el día que me fui y nunca pasó por ellas, si me reembolso el dinero pero después de que deje el hospedaje, sinceramente no crei que lo fuera hacer, yo creo que lo hizo por qué se lo comenté al anfitrión y el le hizo presión, asi que las bicicletas o scooter no las recomiendo con el tal Benjamín (Argentino)

Wir hatten eine super tolle Zeit in der Wohnung und in Tulum. Paulyna war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns super geholfen bei Ausflugempfehlungen etc. Tolle Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool ist absolut gigantisch und einfach ein Traum. Immer gerne wieder!

Central Park is one of the best condos in Tulum for an international crowd. The spa and 3 story gym is a huge plus. The studio is private and quiet and perfect for someone who is looking for a social atmosphere and simple accommodations. The host is extremely responsive. I had a couple of issues on my stay and had to cut my stay short. I was impressed with the communication, follow up and love given. I’m grateful.

Communication was nice, Location was nice, Super clean and new, Price was good, People were very friendly, Supermarket across the street. The only thing that was not so cool is that in the Building Torre Fuego where I was, my flat was facing the backside of the supermarket which is the delivery of the supermarket. It was very loud early morning until late evening, because they don’t stop the engines of the trucks. So I could t use the balcony in peace, like reading a book in the morning, I couldn’t open the doors because it was just too loud. Maybe if my flat faced the other side or another building would be better. But all in all, price and location was so good, I would come again!

The apartment is a really beautiful and peaceful space. It felt like a retreat being there. Gorgeous light through huge windows and beautiful palms outside. Lying in the hammock outside in the little courtyard is heavenly. Catarina was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of her time explaining what to do in the area. The only negative comment is that the staircase to the second floor has no railings so this may be challenging for older or really young folks. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to just be and is clearly a space that is cared for and special.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit vor Ort. Fahrräder gab es je nach Verfügbarkeit - man muss einfach häufig genug fragen, dann kriegt man auch welche. Etwas abgelegen von der Touristenstraße (ca. 30min zu Fuß). Ansonsten wird drumherum sehr viel gebaut in dem Areal, welches akustisch aber nicht wirklich zu hören war. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

El departamento es nuevo, los muebles son cómodos, el acceso es fácil y cuenta con un gran estacionamiento.

The condo was perfect! Exactly like the photos. It felt incredibly safe and clean and the AC worked great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely time at David's place. The pool and building amenities are really impressive and the flat itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A minor issue was rectified immediately and communication was very smooth throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Nos pareció increíble, las amenidades y entretenimiento del complejo muy padres, incluye bicis y el jacuzzi del balcón encantador, al inicio estábamos preocupados por que hubiera ruido, pero no, estuvo muy tranquilo, todo muy limpio y bonito, tiene una vista encantadora, desde la alberca a la selva y el atardecer, la ubicación es muy buena, en una zona muy nueva de Tulum. Paola atenta a nuestras necesidades.

Ubicación muy tranquila, zona segura y sin ruidos, el departamento tenía una vista espectacular, todo muy limpio y ordenado, la comunicación con José fue de gran ayuda, siempre atento con nosotros, sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos!
