Aldea Kinich es un pequeño rincón de selva muy cuidado con cabañas llenas de detalles y comodidades de hotel. Muy bien ubicado para visitar Sian Khan y las ruinas de Muyil. La piscina es fantástica y los anfitriones súper atentos le añaden valor a la experiencia.

Quiero resaltar la amabilidad y calidez que Alma y Rafael me brindaron desde el momento en que llegué pues se organizaron para esperarme tanto a pie de carretera como en la entrada del lugar! El alojamiento me sorprendió porque en verdad es tranquilo, armónico, en contacto con la naturaleza, muy limpio y ordenado, pero lo que hizo una gran diferencia es el trato por parte de los anfitriones: sus pláticas, su gusto por el medio ambiente, sus recomendaciones sobre las cosas que hacer han sido súper valiosas, su cordialidad realmente hace sentirte como en casa y no un viajero, en definitiva genera que disfrutes tu estancia. Estaba un poco pendiente respecto a las opciones de transporte público y comida, afortunadamente hay colectivos Tulum-Carrillo Puerto que te dejan a unos pasos por si no traes auto y, por comida no hay tema, mariscos, pollos al carbón y tacos, así como tienditas. Si planeas visitar el sitio de Muyil, la laguna o amas las aves como yo, te recomiendo quedarte aquí!

Large, beautiful property with lots of charm and all of the amenities. It's the jungle and the buildings are simple, so prepare to contend with a few ( harmless ) bugs in the outdoor kitchen and in the rooms. Road to property is a bit long, narrow and rough. Internet was a bit spotty ( reportedly due to construction nearby ) but cell reception was good. Overall met my expectations and was a joy. Thanks Hiram!

Un bonito hospedaje, con una increíble ubicación donde encontrar Paz en medio de naturaleza y selva. Alma y Rafael los anfitriones, cercanos y amables nos proporcionaron todo lo necesario y nos brindaron grandes recomendaciones.

It was a wonderful place to stay.. just what I was looking for…quiet, peaceful and very homely, with additional treats - coffee, snacks and fruit. Silvestre is a generous host and was always available with suggestions & information. He connected me with a wonderful driver to help me with luggage to and from Tulum as well as information regarding catching the local and very affordable buses as well as bag storage in Tulum when I had a couple of hours to wait for the bus. The nature view from the loft bed is beautiful, the sound of wild birds enchanting. There are lots of trails to explore on foot, through the jungle, engaging with beautiful flowers & wildlife. The cabin is not really suitable for 4 adults due to lack of clothing / suitcase storage space, but would suit a single, couple or small family perfectly. I was delighted to be able to convert the downstairs sofa bed back to a sofa for relaxing. Highly recommended!

It was definitely a beautiful place with a very unique atmosphere. It is nice that there are a lot of stuff to do around, the workers of the aldea were super nice, and chef Marcos was amazing!. However, I can say that the cabin is not very private, you can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors do and talk, and of course they can hear you. In addition, the cabin is see through. There are curtains that cover the windows and door but when the lights are on you can still see a little bit through them. If you’re looking for a more private place you can rent one of the bigger cabins, where you won’t have neighbors!

Valentin was an exceptional host, welcoming us warmly and going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. Our night in the real jungle was simply magical – complete with a delightful barbecue and enchanting moments under the stars. We loved the pool with a natural water from the cenote. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we truly loved every moment. Thank you, Valentin, for making it so special!

Excelente lugar en un área con mucha abundancia de naturaleza. Un trato amigable y siempre a pendiente si estamos bien en el lugar, y con todas las instalaciones en buen estado y limpio.

Pequeña pero muy agradable, dormimos genial y, además, nos dejaron dejar las maletas después de salir del hotel mientras terminábamos una excursión. Muy buenos anfitriones!

El lugar es hermoso y tener el cenote a unos pasos es un super plus! Larisa es muy buena persona y nos ayudó en lo que necesitamos. Las cabañas son bellísimas y es un lugar para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, recomiendo mucho a Larisa y su AIRBNB!

Just amazing. Nothing else to say then book it now and don't wait one more second if you feel drawn to this place ! It's magical. In the middle of the jungle, away from the craziness of the town. Patricio and everybody involved in this project are beautiful lovely souls, always there to help you out or give you a ride. Everything about this place is magical. If you're visiting Tulum for the whole hipster spiritual phenomena and for partying unconsciously and continue destroying the little bit of nature and authenticity remaining there don't even bother (or maybe do and this will teach you something!). This place is for people who want to make different choices and put the money in the right places to embody the change and help the planet be a better, more conscious place.

We are very familiar with Tulum and had previously lived in Tulum for many years. We needed a comfortable, clean place, with flexible check in to stay overnight for a work trip. It was everything and more! -Friendly host that was super helpful checking in with a toddler. -Pristine, CLEAN and organized. It was a beautiful private space. -The pool is amazing! Shallow areas to lounge and deeper areas for a nice plunge. -Location is perfect: close enough to walk to all of the new La Veleta eateries/bars but still quiet and private on site. Close to Kukulkan Blvd to access the beach road! This made it easy to get to and from the beach. -Beautiful aesthetic palapa that felt like home away from home. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us, we look forward to our next stay this weekend!

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Tulum. Beach front bungalow, felt very peaceful! Annie and the entire staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Maria is a great owner of the property and she made sure we had a comfortable stay. I would Recommed this place for a beautiful peaceful getaway, from the hustle and bustle.

Jungle tree house stay - 5 days. Exceptional team - Saul, Karla and Vincente made it feel like staying with friends. Incredible off the grid location. Bring bug spray. You need a 4x4 (no joke) and you want to navigate from Chemuyil, NOT Dos Ojos. But this place is an incredible experience, away from (but close enough to) the now tourist traps of TULUM and AKUMAL. One night just won't do it justice. City dwellers be aware: the tree frogs are really loud at night and you want to keep the mosquito netting firmly closed at all times but it's incredible watching fireflies flash outside the netting as you drop off to sleep. If you have particular dietary needs, let them know in advance - there is no restaurant onsite, just what's being cooked for dinner that evening. As a pescatarian, I was lucky enough to have tilapia and mash on my arrival but chose to drive into town or farther for the rest of my stay. I travelled solo and loved it.

fue un lugar muy agradable, y en cuanto a limpieza estuvo bien.

We were looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Playa Del Carmen and that is exactly what we did here. The cabin was so tastefully decorated, functional, and cozy it was hard to leave. It was the perfect retreat. I was able to do a short run daily on their private gravel road through the jungle. Relax in a hammock and read. Listen to the sounds of the jungle on the deck. It is close to the highway which I did not mind. Communication was on point and any issue was solved quickly. It is 3 kms from a small charming town. We had a motorbike to travel to Tulum.

It was a bit difficult for us to get there since we didn’t have a car, but Valentin made sure to make it easier for us. The experience was very good, and he cooks deliciously, would definitely go back again!

This place is amazing, you really feel in the middle of the jungle but with all the comfort of a hotel. Close distance to the center or beach restaurants, ruins, cenotes. We found it very convenient. They even have a pizza delivery service!!! The host was amazing accommodating all our requests and always with a prompt and proactive response. I have to say it, the wifi speed was excellent and has not been my experience in general in Mexico. Thanks guys.
