Holiday rentals with a patio in Tulare

Wonderful, welcoming, and very clean home with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time at Maria’s place! Will definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay in Porterville for a birthday trip at Mary’s downtown apartment. We loved the high ceilings and overall cozy and elegant vibe of the place :). We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch during the evenings and enjoying the mountain and orchard views in the distance. Would definitely love to come back!

This was a great spot to stay as we got married at Springville ranch this weekend. It is right across the street so the location was amazing to run back and forth quickly when needed on the wedding day. Host is very responsive and there were no issues at all with the cottage, it was exactly as described!

The apt was clean and comfortable. Private outdoor area was pleasant surprise! Nightly price good but the fees were a bit much, more then doubled the room fee. Bed pillows super uncomfortable, to big and full to rest comfortable. We would stay again for sure but bring our own pillows :) Overall it was a very good experience!

This lovely place is impecable, neat and comfortable. It was (literally) like a home far from our own home.

We have had a wonderful stay! The location is beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed the occasional sounds from the cows and horses and the terrace with sun during the morning, late afternoon and evening. It was perfect for exploring Sequoia. Entering the apartment and communication with Timothy was excellent. Would definitely consider booking again.

Very nice new house in a quiet development. It was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The house is located close to a big park and playground which was great for the children. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby so very convenient. The host was super helpful too.

We loved staying at Paola’s cozy house - it’s full of fun touches and she clearly cares about her guests. The kids played with puzzles and swam in the pool, and we enjoyed having a functional kitchen and big, clean beds. Visalia was a great starting point for Sequioa and Kings Canyon.

We had an unforgettable experience thanks to our incredible host Ruben. When our car broke down in the middle of the night, he didn’t hesitate—he came all the way out to pick us up and made sure we arrived safely at the property. That level of care and kindness is rare and deeply appreciated. The Airbnb itself felt just like home. After a long day of outdoor adventures, it was the perfect place for our family to relax and recharge. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you're looking for a host who genuinely cares and a stay that feels like a home away from home, this is the place. We’re so grateful and would absolutely stay here again!

The place was very clean and spacious. We loved the pool which was very clean and in a very private setting. The photo of the pool is accurate however it did not show the sitting space with two love seat couches and a table to enjoy while at the pool. This area also had cool lighting to enjoy at night. The living room has a large comfy couch with large TV with all the channels. We used Netflix and Hulu with no advertisements. They have a Keurig coffee maker and all the coffee choices one could want. The kitchen had all the spices you can think of. They also had a Pac-Man game machine which brought back memories of the good old days. We went to Sequoia national park (30 min drive) and Kings Canyon (1.5 hour drive) from here. We will stay here again when we return to this area.

I’d like to recommend this place if you are planning to visit the family in Tulare or seeing the Sequoias and Kings. First of all, Michelle has been accommodating of our requests and has been responsive and polite during our communication. The place itself is very homey-a home away from home. It has everything you need for convenience such as clean kitchen and bathrooms, laundry, a garage, plenty of storage. The owners were also thoughtful of the guests by including amenities such as coffee machine (with coffee pods and creamer), laundry detergent, fresh towels, blankets, throw blankets, and kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies and trash bags. They even included saran wraps and ziplock bags to stow away your food. The A/C, tv, fridge and the range worked well. Overall, this listing epitomizes what a airbnb should be like. With all that, I would love to rent this place again in my future stay.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a hidden gem located close to the park entrance (approximately 45 minutes). There were some hiccups during check-in, primarily due to an error by Airbnb. Both Candi and Airbnb were very responsive in taking care of us. It's nicely suited for a family with food allergies looking to cook, as it had most of the stuff that is needed. We felt at home.

Staying at Jonathan's A-Frame was a great time. Jonathan was very proactive with check in instructions and details about the house. The house itself was pristine with views that can't be beat. Waking up with the view of the mountains each morning was incredible. The house is also located very closely to the park entrance and some of the local restaurants. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone going to Sequoia in the future! Thanks Jonathan
