Villa holiday rentals in Tugare

Een van de beste vakantie ervaring in tijden! Wij waren hier met 6 jongens en 4 meiden tussen de 20-25 jaar oud en hebben een top tijd gehad. Wij kregen een warm welkom bij aankomst door Petra en haar familie met hun heerlijke eigen gemaakte honingdrankje. De familie was enorm gastvrij en vriendelijk waardoor wij ons meteen helemaal thuis voelden. De rest van de week verliep het contact met Petra heel soepel en heeft de familie ons heel erg geholpen met ons verblijf gedurende de week. Het huis zelf heeft voor de rest alles wat nodig is voor een top vakantie! Een grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte, fijne en hele moderne slaap- en badkamers en een top zwembad (die elke ochtend schoongemaakt werd) met een buiten grill. Ook is er een klein voetbalveldje. De omgeving is prachtig en heel rustgevend. Met een half uur rijden van Split is dit ook een goede uitvalsbasis voor de rest van de omgeving. Al met al zeker weten een aanrader! We had an amazing stay at this villa. Looks just like the photos. Ivan is so welcoming he was there to greet us when we arrived. He was extremely responsive and helpful and even called to check in on us to make sure we got out ok. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Wir waren mit einer Freundesgruppe von 9 Leuten in der Unterkunft und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Aussicht und Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist makellos und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Kontakt zum Besitzer der Unterkunft (bzw. dem Sohn) hat problemlos funktioniert. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Petar was wonderful, advising on all sorts to make our stay perfect. The villa is stunning and the view breathtaking, it’s peaceful and quiet. It is out of the way and not really walkable to anywhere. We decided to rely on taxis and didn’t get on with uber, but found the following company great and would recommend them TAXI PODSTRANA ŠKERY. Petar had thought of everything, every room was perfect, comfy beds, AC, beautiful en-suite, fully equipped kitchen and Petar very kindly grabbed some essentials for us when we first arrived which was very kind. You can’t drink the tap water but this wasn’t an issue, at the end of every day trip we asked the taxi driver to stop at a shop and we brought a load back home. The outside grill was great too. The pool was amazing and my 4&6 yr old nephews spent more time in that than anything else! We had a fantastic time and we couldn’t have asked for more from the villa or Petar, we were sorry to leave.

Just perfect ! From first exchange to last day, all was perfect. We were a group of 9 young adults between 26 and 30 and our trip was wonderful mostly with the help of Boris and its family. Where could I start? First exchange with Boris before booking was friendly, proactive and adaptable. When booked Boris help us with the villa but also for all activities from tips to contacts. At our arrival, Boris and his wife were waiting for us at the villa with a warm and friendly welcome and even with some groceries in the fridge. The house was answering to all our needs in term of services, cleaning and localisation. Moreover we also Went to Boris restaurant not only once because all was incredible. I couldn’t list all the thing that Boris did for us but one thing is sure he changes our trip !! We are so thankful towards him and his family. I trully recommend his place

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was walkable to town (where parking can be limited) and a few markets. It is also quiet and tucked away at the end of the street. The host was great - very responsive and helpful when we needed it. We even forgot an important item upon our departure and they have already sent it to us. The house is adjacent to a trail that leads to the mountaintop and beautiful views of Omis and we took advantage of this more than once. The house itself is spacious, spotless and has all the amenities we could ask for. We would stay here again if our travels bring us to Omis ever again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und der schöne Garten/Terrasse. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Bis auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen. Yasmine & Florian

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

Great location for some peace and quiet. but still close enough to the main town, 15-20 min Uber drive. All the facilities were as described, we enjoyed the pool and the views at night overlooking the city were amazing. Stipe was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this for a large group. Thank you for having us.

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à Split grâce à ce logement ! Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux encore. La maison est très bien équipée, propre, fonctionnelle et idéale pour un groupe. La piscine et le jacuzzi offrent une vue magnifique sur la ville, un vrai petit coin de paradis. Karlo a été très réactif pour la réservation et de très bon conseil en nous proposant de belles adresses. Son père nous a également accueillis chaleureusement sur place. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, je recommande à 100 % !

My family and I had a fabulous stay in Iva’s beautiful home. The pictures were accurate and there was ample room for all 10 of us. Iva and Stipe were helpful providing recommendations and providing anything we needed for our stay. The home is a bit of a walk to the town but if that’s not an issue, don’t hesitate- book it! You won’t be disappointed!

Great hospitality

Wir waren mit 10 Leuten eine Woche vor Ort und eine wunderschöne Zeit. Ana, unsere Gastgeberin, war sehr nett und zur jeder Zeit schnell erreichbar. Die Villa sah 1 zu 1 so aus wie auf den Bildern, wenn nicht sogar etwas besser. Wir können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

This is one of the best villas we’ve ever stayed in, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s bigger than it looks and the view from the upper floor is incredible. The villa has everything you need and more, so well stocked which is hugely helpful when staying just for a week. Every bathroom had a good supply of bath and hand towels and all beautifully decorated. So much thought has gone into this villa. The pool table was a huge hit and a great idea to have it in the huge living area which meant we used it a lot! The outside area is fantastic, the pool is bigger than it looks in the photos and a great temperature. The shaded seating area is wonderful with lots of space and full shade for any time of the day. Thank you to Marija and Ivan who were so helpful and welcoming. Marija always replied quickly to my questions and Ivan greeted us at the villa and provided lots of information and contacts which were very helpful. Fantastic hosts, can’t recommend highly enough!

Wir waren zu fünft in dem Haus und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und hat uns einen kleinen Korb mit Obst und Brot hi gestellt. Allgemein war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und ordentlich, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und die Lage war sehr ruhig und etwas außerhalb von ganzen Trubel. Abschließend war es ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub!

We loved staying here. The large pool and the garage games room were both personal favourites of ours. We thought the location was perfect, in close proximity to Split and other local attractions but situated in a tranquil valley away from the bustling city.

This home was gorgeous! The host recommended a local restaurant for dinner that was amazing! Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi and being able to play in the playground. It was quiet and peaceful being away from the city. A perfect place to relax.

Wir hatten eine absolut großartige Zeit in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft in Split! Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und liegt inmitten einer grünen Oase mit eigenem Obst wie Erdbeeren, Kirschen und Pfirsichen und einem riesen Anwesen – einfach herrlich! Die Gastgeber (Zana & Tomo) waren außergewöhnlich herzlich und aufmerksam. Unser Ankunftstag (30.05.) fiel leider auf einen kroatischen Feiertag und alle Läden waren geschlossen. Ohne dass wir darum bitten mussten, haben die Gastgeber bereits im Voraus für uns eingekauft, damit wir alles Nötige im Haus haben und uns nachmittags sogar frisch gekochte Shrimp Pasta gebracht – das war einfach nur großartig! Die gesamte Anlage ist liebevoll gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und ideal zum Entspannen. Man spürt in jedem Detail, wie viel Herz & Liebe in dieser Unterkunft steckt. Wir können diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen und danken den Gastgebern für ihre unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

The accommodation was just right for our men's trip. The decor of the house was exceptional. The view was breathtaking and the area was very quiet. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi/Uber to get to the old town of Split. All in all, excellent accommodation. Many thanks to the hosts.
