Loft holiday rentals in Tübingen

Awesome place to stay and is walking distance to a lot of local places, church, leaning house, shopping district.... The only issue is the walls/floors are thin and you can hear everything from the upstairs people. and when the people upstairs are noisy like the ones we had and stay up all night, good luck trying to sleep..... Better to have the room upstairs lol

The apartment is wonderfully furnished and superbly equipped. We were there with 3 toddlers for a few days and were able to make great excursions in the direct region. The animals on the farm are a highlight and the hosts were incredibly friendly.

The communication with Ingo was excellent - quick, friendly and straightforward. All important information was provided clearly and in a timely manner. The property itself is very well appointed and is in an optimal location. Perfect for exploring and relaxing stays. Absolutely recommended!

The property was to our complete satisfaction. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, only the private beach section was so dirty with algae, driftwood, etc., that it was not possible to go into the water. Nevertheless, we would book there again for the price

I felt very comfortable and safe at the place, as well as the quiet location. Monika received me very kindly and was then, always open to a nice conversation, which I really liked. The apartment was very clean and there was everything you could need.

Great place to stay! Eveline was understanding and her attic place is affordable. I felt like Heidi living in the mountains with the view from the window. Easy to find parking and it is a quiet neighbourhood. We stayed here for a whole month for a company trip and it was great 👍

Everything as shown in the pictures. Good tips on what to do were given. Clean apartment, as there was an extra cleaning lady on site right in front of us. Gladly come back

Everything was super straightforward. A really beautiful and well-kept apartment with great connections. The hosts are nice and always available. Just great!

Our stay at the apartment was completely successful! The layout with the separate sleeping area further up is really great, the small air generator there was a plus. The kitchen offers everything you need (only an oven was missing). We loved the generous amenities with towels, linens, and even dish soap. The comfortable sofa bed in front of the TV with HDMI connection invited you to relax. A real highlight was the proximity to the park! The many ducks and other animals were nice to look at, and the small zoo looked inexpensive from the outside. The information boards in front of the trees, such as the cake tree, were very interesting. The location on the main road was no problem thanks to the soundproofing windows, and the large windows with the darkening curtains were ideal. The elevator in the house is very convenient. The parking lot in the courtyard (incl. Charging station) is a bit hidden, but then uncomplicated with the online booking and fair with €20 for two nights.

Great experience, calm town having perfect connectivity with trains and bus stations. We went to Konstanz on a catamaran which operates every hours, and to Meerberg on a bus. Recommended as must visit if you happen to stay at Karl's place. We asked for a last minute change in the room and an early check-in, which was promptly provided by the nice host. First experience in Germany, would definitely recommend Karl's Airbnb 💓

All as described; Sascha is super friendly and even gave recommendations on what we could do; the hot tub on the roof terrace keeps what he promises, all in all highly recommended!
