Beautiful small apartment, well equipped

The cozy 31 m² apartment is located on the west side of Tübingen & yet quite central. The bed is a 160cm wide, foldable sofa bed. There is a small kitchenette, as well as a little dining area and a bathroom with a shower. A generally used washing machine & dryer is available. Nice and quite large balcony with a beautiful view comes with the apartment. The basic kitchen utensils are available for use. Sheets, towels, hair dryer, as well as shampoo & shower gel to get round the first days supplied

RNT20220136 Charming flat in an old building in the middle of Tübingen's old town: From here it is only a few steps to the castle, market square and Neckar river. In the bedroom (separable passage room) there is a pull-out bed for 2 people. In the bright living room with a view over the old town, there is an extendable dining table and a sofa bed. Two more people can sleep here. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The flat has Wi-Fi.

Beautiful single room (new building) with kitchenette, shower/WC, terrace, underfloor heating and separate entrance in Tübingen. Bus stop right in front of the house and 10 minutes to the train station and city center. Centralized and still quiet. Shopping with bus stops almost right in front of the supermarket: Kaufland-Center and stop Sternplatz, Rewe City at the main train station-- it is only a few meters to the stop at Steig F, Aldi and stop Landestheater opposite

Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozily furnished 1-room apartment with 36 square meters, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. Since the basement rooms of the apartments and the heating are behind the apartment, the hallway cannot and must not be locked.

Hey dear guests, the apartment is newly renovated and is very centrally located in Tübingen. The train station is within 5 minutes walking distance and the city is also in five Walking distance. A bus stop is located in in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Nevertheless, the surroundings are quite quiet, and you can be well retired. Beautiful studio apartment under the roof near the center

The house is inmidst of green - near the river Neckar, you can have a walk there. The old center of Tübingen or the main station is only 12 minutes by foot or you can go easily with the bus. It is a quiet place, you rest on the terrace or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. It is newly renovated and you can discover many things from the 50ties or 60ties in a modern surrounding.

We rent 2 beautiful bright rooms for 1-5 people with shower and toilet, bed linen and towels, lounge with fridge, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, pancake maker and small cooking facilities. There is no sink. The dishes are washed by us daily. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and bathroom can be locked.
