Beautiful house on the edge of Lagoa Doce, near Barra de Ibiraquera. Very cozy house, modern and rustic style. Suite with air-conditioning, hydro, gas heating with high-power shower. Bedroom with double bed and social bathroom with electric shower. Wide openings facing Lagoa Doce and the most beautiful sunset in the region. Good to relax and enjoy nature. The house is not so close to the beach, about 3 minutes by car, but for those who like tranquility, it is worth the distance.

The Casa da Prainha has a wide view of the sea and the lighthouse. It is situated close to the beach, the supermarket, bars and restaurants, yet it preserves a bit of privacy around itself, removed as it is from the main traffic. It has a bedroom and a livingroom with doors to the deck and a folding door that gives you another bedroom, a mezzanine, a kitchen,and a bathroom. A deck that surrounds the front of the house, with a breakfast table, ideal also for a drink in the evening.
