The house was very cozy and inviting. It had everything you needed. Richard and his family were very friendly. The surroundings are beautiful. I'd love to come back.

The house is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to relax close to nature with beautiful views! It’s spacious, well-equipped, and has a lovely garden. Communication with the hosts was excellent:) The only downside was that the pool wasn’t available yet during our stay in May.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house is very tasteful and lovingly furnished. We were able to ski directly in Benecko for boarding. About a half hour drive away is a larger ski resort, Spindlermühle. We were totally snowed in but had everything we needed. The sauna and wood stove with free firewood have provided a lot of coziness. Ondrej has simply thought of everything to give his guests an unforgettable holiday. We fully recommend the place.

A simple but very cozy accommodation on the outskirts of Spindlermühle. Check in and check out was hassle-free, we were greeted on site. The cabin has everything we needed, is very clean, even offers a small private playground and is right on the edge of the forest. So various hiking trails are immediately accessible, e.g. towards the Elbe spring or along the white Elbe towards Schneekoppe. We enjoyed the stay very much and will definitely come back!

Wonderful place! Great house, in the Polish People's Republic and equipped with sauna, pimg pong, outdoor pool, covered fireplace with grill, simply paradise on earth. Perfect for families to spend time in silence, nature and beautiful views :) we will definitely go back there ☺️

It is great place for skiing. Really close to Mlode Buky ski area - around 5 minutes walk. House is fresh and really comfortable. Awesome jacuzzi and sauna. Really recommend this place!

The place was very nice, spacious, rustic and well suited for our winter vacation. However, it is a little to drive to the ski slope and the trails. With a lot of snow, snow chains are definitely recommended because the access is curvy and steep and there is no real turning opportunity. The many rooms have only small closets, but are completely sufficient, since we mostly stayed in the spacious kitchen-living room anyway. The attic is quite low and more for medium-sized children. The hosts are extremely friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back.

Very beautiful, clean and modern apartment with a nice view on the terrace. The ski bus stop can be seen from the window (right across the river from the apartment). At night, it's quiet and the river gently buzzes to sleep. The only thing I would say is a driveway that is difficult to maintain and slip in winter, but what else to expect is we are in the mountains. For everyone else, I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay, perfect location for Cerna Hora. Jaroslav is a great host, super helpful, flexible and quick to respond. The apartment is well equipped, everything you'd need for a week's stay. It was 5 of us, 2 kids and 3 adults and it was spacious and comfortable for all. Definitely recommended for your next stay in Janske Lazne/Pec area!

the appartment is exactly the accomodation I wanted to spend the small holiday in. Everybody cosy in one big bed, clean, not in the middle of a city. skiing is easy to reach. I'll sleep there again if I come back to the region!

We were very pleased with the apartment, we had everything we needed. Check-in was very easy and flexible thanks to the detailed instructions. A big plus was the direct proximity to the ski lift! Petr responded to questions very quickly and kindly.

I highly recommend this apartment. The owner is friendly and polite. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything is very clean, there are all the essentials, absolutely all the kitchen utensils, as well as a nice BBQ area - you can immediately see that the owners have thought of everything to the smallest details and take care of their guests. The location of the apartment is great, there are a lot of walking places nearby. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday!

Very nice and friendly host. The translation from Airbnb made the checking in instructions very confusing. But we managed using chatGPT. The apartment is large, plenty of room, good facilities. Ski-in ski-out, if the weather allows it.

Absolutely amazing stay! We all loved it. The place is even better than the pictures—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a group. There’s plenty of sleeping room, and the common area is great for relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time. I loved the fireplace. But what truly stands out is the breathtaking view from the back door—it’s simply stunning. The location is unbeatable for hitting the slopes, hiking, or just soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. On top of all that, the host was incredibly welcoming and made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

Everything was as described and photographed. The apartment is very nice furnished, you feel at home. The advantage was the possibility of using half board in the guesthouse across the street. Maybe a small minus, there were only air beds in one room, but the kids didn't seem to mind🙂. Thank you so much!

the place is clean, in the center of Pec. A short walk to the cable car and restaurants. Communicative host. Fully equipped kitchen. A place without TV and wifi, which we didn't mind, and it's also listed in the description. We spent a nice week here.

Beautiful, modern apartment in a good location for our winter vacation, only 1,5km from the ski slope. Nicole always responded quickly and kindly to small problems and despite the proximity to the street, the apartment is pleasantly quiet. The secured parking space as well as the garage with ski boot warmer was an amazing touch. For a small fee, we also had a wellness area in the building. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!
