Had a wonderful stay at this new house! It is really nice and modernly furnished, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is well suited for a relaxing holiday, and we really enjoyed the time there. Absolutely recommended! Great place to stay that we rented during Easter 2025. The house was beautifully clean, fully equipped with utensils for cooking, with a grill and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for evenings together. The only thing we were missing was hand soap in the bathroom – it's a little strange that guests have to think about such small things. We still had a great stay and can definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

We were 4 girls visiting this lovely cottage in the Jizerské Mountains and absolutely loved it! The living room and kitchen were even cozier and more beautiful than in the photos. The host was very friendly and responsive - there’s a CZK 5,000 deposit, so you’ll meet him for check-in and check-out. He built the place himself, and you can feel how proud he is of it. One sauna session is included in the price of accommodation, and any additional sessions are for CZK 800. The sauna is hot and relaxing, and the little cooling pond is amazing. It’s shared with a smaller cottage next door, so you have to book in advance (we were lucky and had it all to ourselves). Soft bathrobes and sheets for the sauna are provided. The beds and pillows were comfy - maybe a bit soft, but we didn’t mind. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We weren’t sure if the microwave also worked as an oven, but that was the only thing we couldn’t figure out. We loved the place.

We drove with a group of 9 people and were looking for a quiet place where we all get in and we won't disturb anyone. This is exactly what happened to us and everything was absolutely perfect. Great located right next to the lift , with a beautiful view and in close proximity there was only tall grass in the hill so we didn't disturb anyone and no one disturbed us either. The place was beautiful and modern, and we especially appreciated the outdoor grill available . We'll be sure to come back because this place was just what my friends and I were looking for. Also, the communication with the host was great and fast, so there was no problem.

We had a wonderful time and Alice was extremely nice and easy to reach. Accommodation was very clean and modern, we enjoyed the view very much and felt a bit like in a tree house!

This is an absolutely perfect place for a skier! 100-150m to ski lifts. A nice stay overall.

We were there for a hiking holiday in April. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen , Teplicer rock town, Bischofstein castle ruins are within walking distance, you practically don't need the car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village several good restaurants which were already open in the subaster season. Small grocery stores also on the spot. The house is cozy and roomy, beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips. It would be nice if there was a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate your own utensils, they were quite crowded. Sanitary facilities were all functional, but could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The place was very nice, spacious, rustic and well suited for our winter vacation. However, it is a little to drive to the ski slope and the trails. With a lot of snow, snow chains are definitely recommended because the access is curvy and steep and there is no real turning opportunity. The many rooms have only small closets, but are completely sufficient, since we mostly stayed in the spacious kitchen-living room anyway. The attic is quite low and more for medium-sized children. The hosts are extremely friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back.

Very beautiful, clean and modern apartment with a nice view on the terrace. The ski bus stop can be seen from the window (right across the river from the apartment). At night, it's quiet and the river gently buzzes to sleep. The only thing I would say is a driveway that is difficult to maintain and slip in winter, but what else to expect is we are in the mountains. For everyone else, I highly recommend this place.

We had a really great stay at this cottage! The host was incredibly helpful-he explained everything accurately at the beginning and was available when needed. The cottage itself has its own unique atmosphere, which makes staying here even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, perfect for resting. An additional advantage is the great location – close to both slopes or trails. Highly recommended🤌🏽🤌🏽

the appartment is exactly the accomodation I wanted to spend the small holiday in. Everybody cosy in one big bed, clean, not in the middle of a city. skiing is easy to reach. I'll sleep there again if I come back to the region!

We were eleven people, all in their early twenties, who wanted to spend New Year's Eve together. The place ultimately exceeded our expectations and made it a memorable vacation. The communication before was relatively easy and we got all the necessary information we needed. The house is very cute furnished with everything you need. The ski resort can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes, and you can also hike up and down everywhere. The house with the location is highly recommended!!

This house is absolutely amazing. It looks actually better than it does in the description. Placed in the hills with a stunning view you find a very quiet, scenic place here. For hiking or even boarding/skiing absolutely perfect. Just imagin coming from a long hike, jumping into a nicely heated pool or having a bit of sauna. We absolutely loved to chill in the morning sun on the terrace. What we also liked is the euipment. Everything is just there. Even have a keyboard if you get bored. Just a beautiful spot.

The house here was great! Very relaxing! Bed is good. The possibilities of making fire.. the wood for the fire, the gastank’s for the grill and stove in the kitchen.. very good taking care off! Compliments!! 👍🏻👍🏻

We found it super nice sooo cozy! Everything in it, everything is on it. Very good location, not far from the village church and the restaurant "otevrena" with very nice service. We enjoyed it very much, and have been on the ski slope every day. And also thank you for the restaurant recommendation "Na Perlicku", which can even be reached from the slopes on skis - the main thing is that you have enough crowns with you to pay cash;-) Thank you and best regards,

Great place for a quiet vacation. The cottage is newly renovated and very cozy. There are the areas of Herlíkovice and Černá hora nearby, so the ideal sign for skiing. The owner was helpful and gave advice on what to see in the area. The kids appreciated the quality internet!:)
