Great stay. Perfect location, lovely little house perfect for our needs and really quiet.

The property matched the description provided, though the photographs give the impression of a larger space. Nevertheless, it perfectly met our requirements. Chris was exceptionally responsive to our inquiries, addressing various questions we had. The area was clean and filled with ample natural light. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding land for play, as well as the small game room stocked with toys, which was a welcome respite during a particularly rainy and windy day. The on-site washing machine was available for free use, and the washing line proved to be quite useful. Although the outdoor pool was not heated, it did not deter my children from taking a dip and having fun. I would certainly consider staying at this property again.

Absolutely stunning location! The views are outstanding and the private access direct to the estuary/beach is great. The garden is steep but that’s to be expected, we made great use of the pool and hot tub and it was an added bonus that we could use the paddle boards! The house its self is beautiful and spotlessly clean. A few things do need sorting though, there was the odd missing door handle, bifold doors are hard to use and the master bathroom door didn’t close. However these didn’t bother us at all as everything else was perfect. Easy walking distance to Crantock and Fistral beaches, which were both beautiful. We would 100% book again! We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Caroline’s place! We loved the freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival. Check in was super easy as the key was just left in the door. Our little boy Myles loved watching the alpacas too! Overall very pleasant and refreshing stay I would recommend!

Amazing place to stay and it was just like the pictures! Super spacious, modern and clean. We had a couple of issues and Emma was super responsive and the on site manager was very friendly and quick to resolve any problem we had. The outdoor pool is heated so nice to go in even on rainy days. Perfect central location with quick access to Newquay/Perrenporth (less than 10 mins) and other main places like Truro are only 25 mins away.

What an amazing find! Utterly private and feels very rural. Even though the lovely village of St Agnes and glorious beaches and towns are only a short distance away! Very cosy and eclectic home with some delicious treats and a bottle of fizz left by Kate and Simon. If you do stay, you HAVE TO use Sunny Spice, whether it’s for takeaway or eat in. Best South Indian food and yummy dosas I’ve had outside of London or Kerala! Thank you for making us so welcome and for the brilliant recommendations of places to go and local eateries.

An absolute gem! We’ve just returned from Skiber Coth, and it truly is a stunning home. Jeremy was a fantastic host. Friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful information. Check-in was seamless, and the amenities were top notch! It really felt like a home away from home, so peaceful and quiet. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and we especially loved enjoying breakfast while taking in the gorgeous countryside views. We highly recommend this beautiful stay for anyone visiting Cornwall. It’s just minutes from the A30, making it a perfect base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Elliot and Becca's place is fantastic. It is really well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and comfortable, with separate cozy sitting rooms. Check in with a key in a lock box was easy, and the hosts were flexible about our late arrival. We had a super time and would love to stay again soon.

A lovely little escape in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Set in a private estate, The Nook is small but perfectly formed. Perfect for couples and solo travelers. My Partner and I will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to Cornwall! The hosts are lovely and accommodating, and check in / out was well organised and easy. Really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home and it also felt so private. Just what we needed for our break away! Great amenities and the local area was gorgeous, we spent the week doing some gorgeous coastal walks and relaxing! Highly recommend!

Beautiful location. Beautiful and modern decoration, and was spotlessly clean. Layout works perfectly well for two couples particularly with the en-suite in the upstairs bedroom it gave privacy and was an excellent use of space. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

We were visiting Perranporth to visit family who lived locally. The property was ideal . The kitchen was well equipped with double oven, fridge & freezer dishwasher etc. A lovely dining room, comfortable lounge and the conservatory provided magnificent views across the village and bay to the golf course opposite. There were also tables and chairs strategically situated in the garden to take advantage of the sun as well as proving good viewing points. For anyone wishing to park up and use local transport the bus stop for busses to Newquay and Truro were a few steps away. The village with cafes, pubs and beach on the doorstep. Miranda provided excellent information regarding location of the premises , how t access the property and making use of the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in the house.

A beautiful place with stunning a sea view. Felt like home away from home. Super clean place with stylish furniture and fresh linen and towels. Jennifer the host was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to answer any questions asap. We already have recommended this place to our friends and will be staying there again when we come back to Cornwall. If we could give it six stars we would.

The most beautiful getaway. The views over the meadow to the sea and St Michael’s Mount are incredible any time of the day and we loved spending time on the terrace. Perfect location for walking, sea swims and east to get into town and explore the Cornish coast. The decor is also amazing with so much attention to detail. Will be back!

We recently returned from an amazing three-night stay at this stunning home and cannot express enough how impressed we were. The décor is beautiful, with every detail in the home reflecting a high standard of quality. As a group of six, the house was perfect for us with it’s fabulous mix of comfortable/relaxing social spaces and split level bedrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful living area with its gorgeous sea views and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in the lovely dining/kitchen space. The house is incredibly well-equipped, offering everything we could need and more. Although we couldn't explore some of the recommended local restaurants due to being in the local area for a music festival, we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area in search of a luxurious stay. Communication with Iveta before, during, and after our trip was excellent, providing all the necessary instructions that we needed. Overall, we had an amazing time in this beautiful home!

We had a really wonderful stay in Polvenna beachhouse. The house is clean, spacious and light, with a cosy, beachy interior. The beds and showers are great and the kitchen is very well equipped. We all loved the amazing view and the sound of the waves when lying in bed at night. It was really magical. Porthtowan has a great beach. We loved the rockpool and rented surfboards. The village store is a short walk down and sells fresh bread. Nearby St. Agnes is lovely and has some great restaurants. This is a good place to visit the rest of Cornwall from. Don’t hesitate to book!

Just fabulous! Beautiful lodge with artful decoration & dressing, plus a breathtaking view out over the river, day & night. Really well equipped modern kitchen & bathroom, ample power points, soft & bright lighting to suit your mood, comfy bed & pillows, comfy seating both indoors & on the patio. Claire has thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect!

We loved the location and the house was a great base for our family. We love the area and would definitely stay again in the future. Our four year old son even suggested that we should leave our own house to live there.

Lovely house, well equipped and very comfortable in a central location for visiting beaches and places of interest. We had a great long weekend stay with the family.
