The property matched the description provided, though the photographs give the impression of a larger space. Nevertheless, it perfectly met our requirements. Chris was exceptionally responsive to our inquiries, addressing various questions we had. The area was clean and filled with ample natural light. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding land for play, as well as the small game room stocked with toys, which was a welcome respite during a particularly rainy and windy day. The on-site washing machine was available for free use, and the washing line proved to be quite useful. Although the outdoor pool was not heated, it did not deter my children from taking a dip and having fun. I would certainly consider staying at this property again.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Hewas Water House. The house was beautiful and catered for all of our needs for a group of 10 for a family members 70th birthday. The games room provided so much entertainment for all (from 2 to 70 years old) and the hot tub a much needed retreat by the time the kids went to sleep. Communication was great with anything we needed to get in touch for. Would definitely recommend

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Caroline’s place! We loved the freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival. Check in was super easy as the key was just left in the door. Our little boy Myles loved watching the alpacas too! Overall very pleasant and refreshing stay I would recommend!

This was our family’s second stay at what is our favourite spot at Retallack. The lodge, being right on the water, feels peaceful and secluded, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the pool, restaurant and other amenities. Mel is a great host, always replying quickly, and the lodge has everything we needed for our stay. We’d definitely come back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night break at Lusty lodge, we had superb weather over the 4 days aswelll. From start to finish Emma the host communicated very well with us. We would be happy to stay again . ☺️

An absolute gem! We’ve just returned from Skiber Coth, and it truly is a stunning home. Jeremy was a fantastic host. Friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful information. Check-in was seamless, and the amenities were top notch! It really felt like a home away from home, so peaceful and quiet. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and we especially loved enjoying breakfast while taking in the gorgeous countryside views. We highly recommend this beautiful stay for anyone visiting Cornwall. It’s just minutes from the A30, making it a perfect base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

Beautiful location. Beautiful and modern decoration, and was spotlessly clean. Layout works perfectly well for two couples particularly with the en-suite in the upstairs bedroom it gave privacy and was an excellent use of space. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

We have not stayed in a cleaner Airbnb, the place was so clean! Rachel was a wonderful and friendly host and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The facilities were great and we enjoyed the sunshine in the courtyard. Thanks so much for hosting us :)

We were visiting Perranporth to visit family who lived locally. The property was ideal . The kitchen was well equipped with double oven, fridge & freezer dishwasher etc. A lovely dining room, comfortable lounge and the conservatory provided magnificent views across the village and bay to the golf course opposite. There were also tables and chairs strategically situated in the garden to take advantage of the sun as well as proving good viewing points. For anyone wishing to park up and use local transport the bus stop for busses to Newquay and Truro were a few steps away. The village with cafes, pubs and beach on the doorstep. Miranda provided excellent information regarding location of the premises , how t access the property and making use of the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in the house.

What an amazing find! Utterly private and feels very rural. Even though the lovely village of St Agnes and glorious beaches and towns are only a short distance away! Very cosy and eclectic home with some delicious treats and a bottle of fizz left by Kate and Simon. If you do stay, you HAVE TO use Sunny Spice, whether it’s for takeaway or eat in. Best South Indian food and yummy dosas I’ve had outside of London or Kerala! Thank you for making us so welcome and for the brilliant recommendations of places to go and local eateries.

Elliot and Becca's place is fantastic. It is really well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and comfortable, with separate cozy sitting rooms. Check in with a key in a lock box was easy, and the hosts were flexible about our late arrival. We had a super time and would love to stay again soon.

A lovely little escape in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Set in a private estate, The Nook is small but perfectly formed. Perfect for couples and solo travelers. My Partner and I will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to Cornwall! The hosts are lovely and accommodating, and check in / out was well organised and easy. The most beautiful getaway. The views over the meadow to the sea and St Michael’s Mount are incredible any time of the day and we loved spending time on the terrace. Perfect location for walking, sea swims and east to get into town and explore the Cornish coast. The decor is also amazing with so much attention to detail. Will be back!

We recently returned from an amazing three-night stay at this stunning home and cannot express enough how impressed we were. The décor is beautiful, with every detail in the home reflecting a high standard of quality. As a group of six, the house was perfect for us with it’s fabulous mix of comfortable/relaxing social spaces and split level bedrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful living area with its gorgeous sea views and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in the lovely dining/kitchen space. The house is incredibly well-equipped, offering everything we could need and more. Although we couldn't explore some of the recommended local restaurants due to being in the local area for a music festival, we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area in search of a luxurious stay. Communication with Iveta before, during, and after our trip was excellent, providing all the necessary instructions that we needed. Overall, we had an amazing time in this beautiful home!

We had a really wonderful stay in Polvenna beachhouse. The house is clean, spacious and light, with a cosy, beachy interior. The beds and showers are great and the kitchen is very well equipped. We all loved the amazing view and the sound of the waves when lying in bed at night. It was really magical. Porthtowan has a great beach. We loved the rockpool and rented surfboards. The village store is a short walk down and sells fresh bread. Nearby St. Agnes is lovely and has some great restaurants. This is a good place to visit the rest of Cornwall from. Don’t hesitate to book!
