Centrally located in Truckee. 2019 construction with beautiful views overlooking downtown and the mountain valley. 500 square feet with in-floor heat & cozy gas fireplace and full kitchen. Two miles to downtown Truckee and dining, 8 miles to Northstar, 14 miles to Squaw/Alpine. Hiking and mountain & road biking in the summer; skiing, snowshoeing and the snowy Sierra Nevada Mountains in the winter. Property is top terminus of the first ski hill in Tahoe.

Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. We except 1 small-medium size dog 50lbs and under, by interview only.. You will be charged $35 a day for the dog.. The dog will not be left unattended in the unit without being confined to a kennel.. Please don't let your dog on our furniture or beds...If you bring a dog without our knowledge you may be asked to leave.
