This place is ideal for humble fishing families looking for a warm bed, hot shower, good meal, and a great time in the woods! We are off the beaten path, 15 minutes to town. Unfortunately, there is NO TV or WiFi, and cell service can be spotty. Perfect place to turn off electronics & get away!

Condo features 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and pullout couch. Fully stocked Kitchen, 2 fireplaces, and outdoor deck. Note: this property does NOT have A/C.

Our home is nestled in a quiet family oriented neighborhood just blocks from downtown. This ideal location (walk to town 0.5 mile and Lake Michigan beach 0.4 mile) welcomes your family to enjoy and love all that Charlevoix has to offer! We do have minimum night stay requirements, but are willing consider accommodating shorter stays. We are able to sleep 8 guests, however with the size of our small home we recommend limiting guests to 6. A fee will be applied to reservations over 6 guests.

Currently we are renting this as an open bedroom loft with a queen bed. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper on the main floor, but you know the comfort level of those...
