Idyllic Cottage in the heart of The South Downs

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Self-contained Garden Cottage nestled in the South Downs National Park. Cosy,clean & comfortable with on-site parking, wifi, microwave, air fryer, mini fridge,patio terrace with a coal BBQ & outside seating. Sited within the grounds of our family home built in 1870 & overlooking our garden. Overglen cottage lies just off the South Downs Way & Serpents Trail giving easy access to Chichester, Portsmouth, Winchester,Guildford & Goodwood. A perfect location to walk, cycle or visit a country pub.

Glamping pod nestled in a wood in the South Downs.

Oak Lodge has all the creature comforts of home and is ideal for those who like the idea of camping, but who don't like the thought of all those creepy crawlies in the tent! The self-catering lodge sleeps a family of 5-6 people with 1 double bed, 2 bunks and a sofa-bed (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult). There is a spacious outside area with covered picnic table & fire pit. The 2 acre wood is home to a magnificent 350 year old oak tree. Watch the sun come up through its branches.

Adorable self contained Annex in Midhurst

Set in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Newly built in 2022. The Annex is totally self contained and separate from the main house. With a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite shower room. Just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town with its many eateries and stunning walks around Cowdray and the local countryside. Midhurst is a lovely old market town with great cafes and boutique shops. Many pubs, River walks and first class polo can be found just a stones throw away.

Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

Quintessential South Downs Cottage

This rustic cottage sits at the foot of the South Downs, hike up 20 minutes and you are on top of the World! The cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex rural village. Easy access to Midhurst and within walking distance to The Blue Bell Inn. An array of alternative pubs can be found within an easy drive, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by the wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
