Holiday rentals with a patio in Tropea

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

We stayed at a few places in Italy this summer, coming from Rome to Napoli and finally Fabio's place in the South. I have to say this was my favourite stay. The place is very private, easy to access, close to other local beaches if you have a car. Fabio's dad was so welcoming, made us feel right at home. The house has all the amenities needed and is clean and easy to maintain. This is a fantastic place if you have children. Hopefully we will be back 🙂

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro, 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located has two swimming pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer fields. Excellent hospitality from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended to everyone.

The apartment was very clean and functionally furnished – everything was thought out so that you could comfortably unpack and put things in the wardrobes, drawers and shelves. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances, which makes everyday life much easier. A huge advantage is also a pleasant garden with a beautiful view of the surrounding green hills – an ideal place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, always available and ready to support if needed. I definitely recommend it – it is one of the best places we have stayed in Italy!

The place has everything you need and is modern and well equipped. The small complex at the top of the hillside with a wonderful view of the sea. You are absolutely dependent on a car for shopping, etc. Eva was always easily accessible and provided us with great tips. We stayed there for 2 weeks with baby and felt very comfortable.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very large, has a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace. It is quietly located in a side street of Caria. The bustle of Tropea can be quickly reached by car, as well as countless beautiful beaches. Parking directly on the property is of course pleasant. For those looking for peace and relaxation, I can highly recommend this accommodation. .

If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

We stayed in Francesca's apartment for ten days. At first, we were unlucky with the weather, and it was cold (19 degrees), damp and mouldy inside. Once it warmed up, however, we loved the apartment. It is located in a large, quiet garden, which was very relaxing. However, occasionally the dogs would bark all night long. This was annoying for my friend who slept in the big room. The interior design is beautiful, and the apartment has a lot of charm. It would have been great to have a vacuum cleaner to clean in between. The kitchen could do with a little renovation. Vibo Valentia is a beautiful Italian city perched on a hill. I think we were the only tourists there! There are great restaurants and pizzerias. Dolores' apartment makes for an excellent base for exploring Tropea - it's a short walk from the centre, but very quiet. The apartment has everything you could need and Dolores was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely look to stay again next time we are in Tropea!

Beautiful new home very close to the beach and restaurants. Lots of amenities, numerous clean washrooms and bedrooms and fully functional kitchen. Washing machine was a bonus! Very safe and private, and our host provided many recommendations and help when asked. Nice and close to Tropea and easy driving! Definitely recommend a stay here!

We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm. The stay at Isabella was wonderful. It is a small beautiful cottage in the middle of nature! Isabella welcomed us very lovingly from the beginning and helped us with all questions and recommendations. It was excellent and highly recommended. We enjoyed the idyllic location and tranquility. Tonino and Caterina were very accommodating. It was surprising that a security deposit was required and the air conditioning was charged extra.

Tania’s property was in a wonderful location, with less than a five minute walk to the beach. There is a local market to buy some food and toiletries, and a shuttle that can take you to other towns to do larger shops- Tania recommended us this and called in advance so they’d pick us up. The air conditioning and fans in the property make it so comfortable to live in. Tania was a great host, she let us check in early, picked us up from the station and was overall extremely welcoming. She was so helpful throughout our stay- from giving us recommendation to quick responses whenever we had a question.

I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

Simply awesome! We booked confidently, despite the absence of reviews, and we did great, it couldn't have been better! The apartment that Marica and her beautiful family have reserved for us is located inside a farmhouse entirely owned by them. On the ground floor there is the family accommodation that they use occasionally and on the upper floor two apartments dedicated to guests. The place made available to us was clean, tidy, and absolutely well-stocked. Also, upon our arrival, we also found produce from the garden as a welcome gift! The house perfectly matches the description provided, it is located on the hill (to be taken into account, if the goal is to walk to the sea). It was ideal for us because it allowed us to be in one of the most touristic areas of Calabria, but at the same time away from the chaos and cool in the evening. Last note: the view from the terrace overlooking the sea spectacular! Recommended!

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Located high up, the MARASUSA estate offers you a superb view of TROPEA, both in the morning and in the evening, at sunset. Maintained daily by Carmelo, the tireless and very responsive intendant, the site has a very clean and thoughtful swimming pool, green lawns watered every day, carved trees...Superb estate ... MEYKE and GUY's apartment, very clean, and tidy, has a beautiful open terrace, bounded by walls and hedges. In the apartment, there is also an A/C at the top, a very nice bathroom, but also a lot of storage, which is super appreciated. Nice rental ….

The place was great. The garden and apartment were very well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. The area is very quiet, the beach can really be reached in less than 10 minutes. The host gave great tips and was very kind. We will be happy to come back! Highly recommended!
