Definetly recommend. Had a lot of stuff for cooking which was awesome, and overall a very nice home!

We have always been happy with Andrew's listings and this home was just as great as the others. We had a wonderful stay and the kids enjoyed the pool, the waterfall feature was fun! home was clean and simple. thank you!

Lovely newly remodeled (or built?) home! The kitchen and living room were particularly lovely. A note is the upstairs bedroom does not have a door, just a curtain.

Was a great place to stay. Only issue we ran into is the bbq didn't want to light on the right side which was a bummer.

We had such a lovely stay here. The home was so beautiful and the kids lived in the pool. So peaceful sitting out back with the waterfall flowing into the pool and the kids swinging in the backyard. So much space in the kitchen and the beds were all very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Nice home with modern furnishings and a lovely pool. The salt in the pool is not noticeable at all, and I liked it better than other pools because there was no strong chemical smell and it didnt leave my skin itchy.

Similar to another guest I was a little nervous about having a shared back yard/pool but it wasn’t a problem at all. I stayed here on a trip with my 3 teenagers. The house had everything needed and the beds were comfortable. I especially appreciated the large quantity of towels available. So convenient. And plenty of hot water. The yard is really pretty, and the fruit trees make it feel like a country oasis.

Highly recommend Matt’s house. It was perfect for our family gathering. Very comfortable with lots of space for socializing, cooking and playing games. We had a blast and you will too!

My family and I had a great time. We had everything we needed for cooking. The home is cozy and comfortable. The view breathtaking. We would come again for sure!!! Annalisa was a great host!

Karen’s home was incredible for our group. The hot tub was clean and easy to use along with the sauna which had the most majestic view. We had a blast watching the deer, rabbits and birds from the deck! The house had plenty of linens and space for everyone to feel comfortable. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and cooking every meal at the house. Overall it was a really beautiful and unique spot with a ethereal magical touch!

This was such a gem of an Airbnb! The host truly thought of everything and the space was perfect. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and well kept. My family enjoyed the pool and patio area for hours on end. The home was so clean and had everything we needed from Tupperware to spices. Suzie was a super responsive host, who was very accommodating and replied right away if I had a question. My family and I will be looking to book this Airbnb again! 10/10 experience!

The house is comfy and cozy and was well stocked, even for our big family of 8 and kitty and our long stay. The beds were super comfy and the yard was great with pool, lots of pool toys, and plenty of seating. Beautiful views of the mountain and nature everywhere. Great house, great hosts, we had a wonderful stay! :)

Worth every penny they even had personal keurig machines in each room it was cute and cozy perfect price perfect place…!!!

Had a great stay at this home- really nice pool and hot tub that backs up to an open space. Quiet neighborhood. Devanshi and Anuj were very responsive. Lots of toys for kids. Would stay again!

The quaint property features a wonderful private yard that became the heart of our stay – spacious enough for the kids to run around freely and ideal for hosting our extended family's epic cornhole tournament when everyone came to town. What truly set this experience apart was Jennifer's exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, promptly addressing any questions we had. Her thoughtful local recommendations for family-friendly weekend activities showed she genuinely cares about her guests' experience and knows the area well. The combination of a peaceful setting, well-maintained property, and outstanding host made this exactly what we needed to unwind and reconnect as a family. We're already planning our return visit – this gem has definitely earned a permanent spot on our favorites list!

Great place to stay relax and have fun with the Family.

This was a wonderful stay! Everything was great and what made it better was how responsive and helpful the host was. Was kind and attentive! I hope to be able to return soon!

David’s place is great. Has everything you need to feel right at home even with a dog. We did lots of fun outdoor activities in the area and enjoyed the hot tub. He was a responsive host and easy to communicate with. The views are amazing and the train - which I thought might be kind of annoying when making the booking - was actually really cool to roll through when it did. Charmin toilet paper - this is a first for me with Airbnb. Nice touch. Only thing that would have been something to improve upon is a heated pool as it was quite cold but I wasn’t expecting heat so that’s ok. Thanks David.

Amy and Aaron’s place was truly one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! Just an hour from Lassen and Burney Falls, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. They’ve thought of absolutely everything to make sure guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house is adorable — impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, close enough to town for convenience but with plenty of space and privacy. If I could give more than five stars, I would! If we’re ever back in Redding, we’ll definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this house. It was very spacious. It was nice being able to be in different rooms and all having our own space. The bathrooms were very clean and so was the entire house. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows if needed. Bobby is a very good host and is very responsive to any questions or information you need. Overall, I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family especially if they have a larger party going.

My family stayed at Ryan's house for a week and we were very comfortable and enjoyed the house very much. Peaceful location with great backyard to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!

The house was modern, with ample space, high-end appliances, and an excellent climate control system. The master bedroom was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed. The master bathroom is spacious, featuring a luxurious walk-in shower and ample closet space. It is a residential neighborhood with a 3-4 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. I will look for this place when I travel back to Redding.
