A great stay at Philippe's! The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped . Philippe is a responsive host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is quiet while being close to amenities. I would highly recommend it!

What a wonderful place and what a lovely people! Jeannine and her husband made us feel immediately welcome. We had a fantastic time. The surroundings, the tranquility, the pool, the nice clean cottage , including a lovely bed and fantastic shower made it all a special beautiful experience that can certainly be repeated!

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

The house is perfect, tastefully decorated, very well equipped and really impeccably clean (I'm a cleanliness maniac, so I can attest to that😁). We were very well received by Yolaine (concierge), the instructions were clear. The scorching temperatures of this month of June allowed us to enjoy the pool! The neighborhood is ultra quiet and for having toured the island by bike it is by far our favorite, ideally located between the port and Noirmoutier in the island for shops and entertainment. A small supermarket and a very nice restaurant are within a 5-minute walk. The nearby beach is also great. We'll be happy to go back😊!

Excellent professional moments spent in the house and the pool. Many games available. The garden is huge to enjoy the sun and a barbecue. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house is very well equipped, renovated and decorated with taste and quality. Thanks to Celine for the flexibility we asked for. I highly recommend.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Very nice, well decorated and well-equipped house and extremely well located. Beaches, supermarket, bakery (very good) WALKING. Sainte Marie is an adorable village. The coastal path that connects Pornic to Préfailles is wonderful. We'll be happy to go back!

Paula was on site when we arrived. The small house was very clean, it had everything you need. For the dog, it was great that the garden was completely enclosed. The bed was very comfortable, we slept great. From the house, it is only a five-minute walk to the promenade at the mouth of the Loire. We felt very comfortable, thank you once again!

We had a wonderful stay at Valérie's, the little house is decorated with great taste 🤩 and is perfectly well-equipped. It👍🏻's so peaceful. 🙏🏻☀️ You feel at home. 🙏🏻 We really appreciated the proximity of the bike paths and enjoyed the garden and the pool after long days of cycling. ☀️ Valérie is a lovely host. 🙏🏻 We recommend without hesitation and we will come back. 😊

The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. The terrace with the jacuzzi in the middle of a wooded area was perfect for our family weekend, the little children were able to enjoy the large terrace and the wooded area. I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing place, the hosts were responsive. Thanks to them, a very well-equipped house to host and feel good. Even the board games have been thought of!! Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea view. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber BBQ available. Our concierge contacts at Laurence were very responsive, they made our stay easier. We came to spend the weekend on Pornic as part of a thalasso. We found Nicolas' place to be very well decorated. The outdoor space is beautiful! Nicolas is concerned about the well-being of guests. A gift was waiting for us when we arrived and his advice on the surroundings is a plus. So that we could arrive earlier and avoid the rain with a baby, Nicolas asked the cleaning service to prepare for our arrival earlier. We think that's why the cleaning wasn't perfect. On the other hand, the bed linen and all the hygiene amenities were great! O'Maley is adorable. 😍 The rental is close to the thalasso and the center of Pornic. In short, we had a lovely stay.

Great week in this comfortable house, with neat decor and very well equipped. We were able to enjoy our stay thanks to the ideal location close to shops on foot and restaurants recommended by our host and the beaches, 10 minutes by bike. Perfect for a family, we loved it!

Great stay! Very nice house, bright, nicely decorated, very clean, well-equipped kitchen. The bedding is good quality, and the beds were made when we arrived! The beach is a 3-minute walk, the small city center is also a 5-minute walk, there is the Fraiseraie and its delicious ice cream yum yum. Our dog was welcome and we were able to take beautiful walks on the beach. Nicole is a great host! One thing is certain: we will return.

We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure!
