One of the Best Airbnb Stays We've Had! This villa was truly one of the best Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a spacious house with all modern amenities, beautifully maintained and perfectly located. The views of the Black Forest from both the living room and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The large balcony with a dining table made it perfect for enjoying meals with a breathtaking view. The villa also has a beautiful garden and a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The private sauna and wellness area were a fantastic bonus — we wish we had booked a couple more days to enjoy it even more! Melanie was a wonderful and friendly host, making our stay even more comfortable. Just a note for future guests: having your own transportation is essential, as there’s no public transport nearby. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

Our family of four, kids 12 and 9, had a lovely week away here! Fantastic views of the Black Forest, comfy beds, stylish bathrooms, terrace, well equipped kitchen and parking. Hornberg is great for hiking and sightseeing. We hiked through the woods from the house, drove to Feldberg to climb the highest point in the Black Forest and enjoyed a walk to Hornberg Castle. Triberg Waterfall was a great day out, as were the various museums and attractions there. A highlight was Ride and Slide day at Europa Park and Rulantica. Amazing rides, short queue times and excellent theming. We've been to Disneyland and, honestly, had a better time here! We headed to Baden Baden for a walk along the allee and a trip on the funicular to the watch the paragliders jump. We spent the whole of our last day at the Freibad Hornberg, a wonderful lido, local to the house, where our kids played on the huge slide and diving boards for hours. Can't recommend the house and location enough!

A wonderful house where we felt right at home. It is lovingly and individually furnished, superbly equipped and very child-friendly. In the children's room there are plenty of toys, in the garden a large trampoline, a slackline, playhouses... Perfect for children of all ages. The kitchen is excellently equipped! We ate on the terrace in the sun and enjoyed the peace. We can absolutely recommend the house!

As a group of friends of four people, we enjoyed our stay very much. Apart from the fact that one of the mattresses was already a bit worn, we liked the apartment. The layout of the apartment along with the furnishing style and amenities (bsow. board games).

We were very satisfied with Mr. Hartmut and the accommodation. Was our 1st time at an AirBnB and a nice experience. Mr. Hartmut has apparently not received such good reviews for nothing. He always seemed very uncomplicated and friendly. Makes everything very transparent and fair. In our 4 days and 3 nights we felt comfortable and can not complain about the price, cleanliness and performance. Simply great, no lie. Thanks again for a nice time.

We liked the stay in the Sonnenhäusle very much. The house is quiet and you can start hiking right at the door. We also received tips for hikes, which we tested directly and found to be good. 🙂 The house is well suited for 4 adults and the spacious garden invites you to relax. The communication in advance and at check-in was excellent. The house itself has everything you need and the sauna after a long hike was an absolute treat. We would stay there again at any time!

Beautiful and clean apartment in the center of Triberg surrounded by nature and close to the towncenter. Fast and efficient communication with the host. Cosy apartment, it was perfect for our family of 4. The children enjoyed the sweets left by the host. Netflix and Prime are def a ++ when traveling with teens 😁 Lots of free parking places in the street. Easy to find hiking routes, close to supermarkets. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who looks for a peacefull getaway, adventurous hikers and families. This area has lots to offer.

The place is well organized and private. It's on the top of a hill close to the center. The RE2 from Karlsruhe to Konstanz runs every hour in both directions providing plenty to do. The apartment is free of clutter and the garden and layout are well thought out.

Perfect accommodation for a stay in the Black Forest. I want to emphasize that the beds were very comfortable and that the kitchen was very well located. Also the sauna and pool after a day of walking is the missing detail for a perfect stay. The hosts were in charge of writing in detail the details about the home and recommendations of places for eating or trekking. You can see the value and effort dedicated to making the guest feel comfortable. That's really invaluable. I think the house is the most neat, clean and cute AirbnB that I stayed in my life. I hope to return soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment! It’s a very large space with plenty of room for the family. This Airbnb is immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a few quick meals. It’s a great refuge to explore Triberg and the surrounding areas. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a fantastic 2-day stay right in the heart of the Black Forest, and it exceeded all our expectations! The place was beautifully cozy, thoughtfully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the warm, welcoming interiors to the high-quality amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. The highlight was definitely the heated pool and the sauna-perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and rejuvenating. This stay was worth every penny, and we would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and luxurious escape in nature!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and living. Everything is in good shape and very well maintained. On the balcony you can sit wonderfully in the sun and let the view wander over Schonach and the forests. The swimming pool is large and very well maintained. Here you can draw your tracks in a sporty way. The sauna is also easy to use. It is particularly nice that you can use both freely throughout the day until the evening. We were able to relax here for a few days and would be happy to come back.

The place was exactly as described here. Everything super clean. It was the perfect starting point for our excursions planned by car. Frank was a great host!! The family was very nice. We didn't miss anything for our 1-year-old daughter either. With a high chair, cot and the playground in front of the door, it was great. You can eat very well in the inn. In the apartment itself, you don't notice the inn at all. We sought peace and found it. Thank you very much for that :)

We were able to enjoy 3 very nice days with the lovely hosts. After a friendly welcome and a thorough check-in, we were well informed about the accommodation and all the possibilities. The pool and the nearby Rhine were ideal for cooling off. In addition to the comfortable bed, we also appreciated the other high-quality amenities. It was correct from A to Z, thank you very much

Nice spacious space for 2 people. Very nice to have a mini terrace to enjoy being outside. A 15 minute walk to the historic center of Alpirsbach which is very pretty. Lots of hikes in the area. Marlis welcomed us very warmly, I will not hesitate to return if I come back to the area.

Apartment was very comfortable and very clean. Easy walk to grocery and restaurants. We were able to walk/hike from the apartment to the castle ruins. It was convenient to have parking space at the building. Enjoyed the two porches. Note: the apartment is up two flights of stairs and the second bedroom is accessed by a ladder.

Beautiful holiday apartment! Everything was perfect from the start. Eunice is a fantastic host and we felt welcome even before arriving at the Pine Cone Loft as she provided us with all the relevant information well in advance. The apartment is pristine, luxurious and the views over the forest from the balcony and from the kitchen are breathtaking. The kitchen had everything you need including coffee and tea. Even the bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel and lots of towels. Eunice was very patient with our rescue dog who was a bit nervous at first. Everything is very dog friendly, the dog house rules are easy to follow and there even was a water bowl and mat for our dog. The whole apartment was very clean and we felt immediately at home. The area is beautiful and quiet and right on the hiking trails. Baden-Baden very close and easy to reach within 10 minutes by car. Eunice has so many great tips about the area and is always there to help if you need anything. 100% recommend!
