Notre maison de rêve!!! Quel endroit magnifique. C’était encore mieux que nos attentes. La maison est décorée avec goût, accueillante, rénovée mais garde son cachet. La piscine est juste sublime. L’intérieure comme l’extérieure, 10/10. Zoran nous a fait des recommandations locales géniales. C’est un hôte attentionné et très gentil. Un endroit calme et paradisiaque pour des vacances tranquilles, près de tout sur l’île (à moins de 30 min de voiture des attraits). Nous recommandons cette maison pour votre futur voyage, un incontournable!

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Pool in sehr ruhiger Nachbarschaft! Das Haus ist relativ neu, schön möbliert und mit sehr gepflegtem Garten. Alles gut klimatisiert! Sehr bequeme Betten! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca 15min auf einem geschotterten Weg (Fahrrad und Kinderwagen tauglich!) Kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe! Alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht!

We hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad met ons gezin in dit huis. Super fijn weer gehad en alles wat je maar kan bedenken was aanwezig in het huis van Natalija en haar familie. Vlakbij Labin, ik denk een van de best gelegen plekken van Istrie! We hebben genoten van het strand in Rabac, goede restaurantjes vlakbij en van hieruit heel Istrie verkend, Rovinj, Pula enz. Ook de plitvicemeren gezien en dat is 5 uur op en neer maar de moeite waard. Hele fijne tijd gehad! Dankjewel!

Sehr schöne Villa mit grossen Räumen und toller Ausstattung. Wir genossen die riesige Terrasse und den geheizten Swimmingpool. Ist auch gut gelegen für Ausflüge in den Risnjak Nationalpark.

Wir hatten in diesem wunderschönen, ruhig am Berg gelegenen Ferienhaus eine tolle Zeit mit einer siebenköpfigen Gruppe. Der Pool war erfrischend, der Whirlpool kuschelig warm. Unsere Hosts waren bei Fragen und Problemen immer für uns erreichbar. Für unseren letzten Abend haben sie uns ein leckeres Fischrestaurant im nahe gelegenen Klenovica empfohlen. Abends war es häufig sehr windig, es gab im Haus und im unteren Bereich aber genug überdachte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Im Umland befinden sich zahlreiche Strände, hübsche Örtchen und auch ein Besuch im Nationalpark Plivicer Seen (2 Stunden Autofahrt) ist einen Tagesausflug wert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Für uns zwei Gäste war das Bad der Wohnung gerade groß genug. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Fantastic house, four bedrooms each with private bathroom. Outdoor kitchen area was our favourate spot. Very large pool. Had a wonderful time with the family. Igor takes great care of the property and its surrounding. The olive tree area adds a peaceful view. Always helpful for any questions.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Mirno, prekasno mjesto za odmor. Brižni ljudi koji vole kuhati i dijele hranu s drugima. Puno maca u susjedstvu. Mario nam je dopustio da ponesemo i svoje mace, nije bilo nikakvih problema. Malo šetnje do rive Selca, i još malo do Crikvenice. Vožnja po magistrali prekrasna. Sve u svemu, dolazimo ponovno! ☺️

This place feels like favourite grandmas place. Everything you need is alreeady inside. You can spend Christmas, Easter and all the holidays over there. Hosts are extremely prepared. Amazing view from outside terrace!

A 2. apartman egy apartmanházban van, közel a tengerhez. Kilátás nincs a tengerre. Èttermek, strandok a közelben. Teljesen felszerelt apartman, minden volt, amire szükség volt. Parkolás a ház elött megoldott. Jól éreztük magunkat.

fantastic location and lovely house. great for swimming and biking. the house is very neat and confortable. little problems with wifi and unfortunately not recycling in such a delicate ecosystem place. highly recommended

We had a wonderful week at Lara's place. It's very close to a croatian-style beach (concrete, clean, shower, resto, sand place for kids), excellent and clean sea, the road goes close by - but it does not bother at all. There's lots to visit in the area, we like the island Krk - there the water's even better with lot's of fish for watching and snorkeling, historical towns and ruins, if you are interested in hiking - a climb to Veliky Rysnyak is a good 18-km walk up and down just in a half an hour drive. The place is enough for two adults and a kid, but if you have a kid of 14 yo and 180 cm high, consider looking for another place as the length of the sofa is too short :) Lara is a very helpful and responsible host, thank you once again!

Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for letting us stay at Villa Mirabilis. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for an unforgettable stay in Croatia!

A great place that perfectly matches the description. The terrasse outdoor is a great place and we spent wonderfull family time there. If you look for a quiete place, by the nature and great landscape, stop searching. We didin't see our hosts but it was as if they were here since they always answer our questions, always very reactive. All "self check in" is perfectly organised, easy going... no, really, perfect moment for us. Thanks!

Siamo appena stati 10 giorni in questa splendida casetta a 4km dal mare. Il giardino ad uso privato è incantevole, dotato di ogni comfort inclusa la jacuzzi. Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa! Il nostro cane si è ambientato subito ed il giardino è sicuro, quindi l’abbiamo lasciato anche solo. I proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere una vacanza di relax, privacy e quiete stando comunque in un punto strategico per raggiungere ogni giorno una spiaggia e paesino diversi.

Ivan and Nada are incredibly kind & welcoming. Their warmth makes you feel like you're visiting family. The apartment & garden are lovingly tended and invite you to unwind. The apartment is private, spacious and self-contained. You can cook up a storm in the kitchen, relax in the lounge, listen to music and even do your laundry if you wanted to. You've got the most convenient base staying here. Everything you need. Drivenik is a calm and restful village to explore. You must find the walk along the stream looping behind the castle! You're an easy drive to Krk island, Rijeka National Park and Zagreb. Definitely recommend a small call to get around and you'll be able to see so much of Croatia from this convenient base. Zeer aangenaam verblijf in een rustige omgeving. Mooi verzorgd verblijf met zeer vriendelijke en zorgzame eigenaars. Absoluut een aanrader. Jammer van de soms te drukke kustregio maar met de tips van de eigenaars kan je dit wel omzeilen. Kroatie zien met de boot is een absolute aanrader. Weg van de drukte en een zeer mooie omgeving. Gegarandeerd een leuke vakantie.

Davor is a very nice, helpful person. The experience at the Air b n b was excellent. When we arrived at the appartment by bike on a rainy day, he offered to take us to the nearest supermarket by car. The flat is also very nice and we felt very comfortable. I can recommend this Air B n B to everyone.

Excellent view! Sometimes the name does not deliver what it promises - but wow, the name "the view" is absolutely fitting. Breathtaking sunsets. The check-in was personal and easy, Margaretas mother-in-law is lovely. The beach, some restaurants and little shops are in short walking distance. Private parking space directly in front of the apartment. Overall a great experience.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella villa di Karmela e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La villa è un'oasi di tranquillità, situata lontano dal centro, che offre la privacy e la pace che cercavamo. La casa in sé era impeccabilmente pulita e confortevole, con tutti i servizi inclusi che potessimo desiderare. Ma ciò che ha reso davvero speciale il nostro soggiorno è stata la gentilezza e l'ospitalità di Karmela. Fin dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti, facendoci trovare succhi di frutta, formaggi e prosciutto nel frigo. E alla fine della nostra vacanza, ci ha sorpresi con un pensierino che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più memorabile. In breve, è stata una vacanza indimenticabile in una villa eccezionale, grazie alla generosità e alla premura di Karmela. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare in futuro.
