The Bolt Hole is a spacious, cosy home from home in the picturesque village of Luddenden, situated between Halifax and Hebden Bridge. This is an ideal stop for a short break or for a longer holiday. This property has secure off road parking for 2 cars - an advantage as parking in the village is very limited and often a problem. The Countryside is favoured by walkers (like us) and cyclists. We can recommend easy and more difficult walks from the property as well as those further afield.

Close to Halifax and its historic Piece Hall or Hebden Bridge with its vibrant arts and crafts scene. We are dog friendly with excellent walks for dogs and their people. Carr Cottage is cycle friendly with classic road or off road routes right rom the doorstep.

2 Saw Hill is the perfect retreat for anyone wanting to delve into the beautiful countryside of West Yorkshire. This self catering home is located around lovely walks, close to local pubs and restaurants. Although surrounded by spectacular views the train station in Sowerby Bridge is a 5 min car journey away to reach further destinations including Manchester or Leeds. The hosts live next door and are available if needed.
