It is a self-contained studio with a double bed or 2 singles, dining/sitting areas, kitchen and shower room. The Hand Hotel serves great food, best to book. Well placed for a long weekend of walking, cycling or visiting the Pontcysyllte World Heritage site, Llangollen with its heritage railway, Lake Vernwy, waterfalls and many more wonderful places. An excellent base for exploring North Wales.

Really quiet location but within a half hour drive of some lovely Shropshire towns and ideal for walkers. The Stable is self-contained with kitchenette and spacious toilet and shower room, comfortable double bed and seating area. The Stable is within walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants and attractions. We are on Offa's Dyke and Glyndwr's way and other circular walking routes.

The Garden House

Relax in our garden house in rural Shropshire. You'll be greeted by curious cats and chickens...and probably Allan and me. There's some fabulous walks, a lovely local and some pretty market towns all within easy reach. There's lots of interesting CDs to to play, is all we ask is that you return the CD to its case and to the appropriate place in the shelf.
