The stay was simply perfect! The inn is charming, very clean and well cared for, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Everything is done with great affection and attention to detail. The Hosts were amazing! Super considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it takes. They made us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

Dalva was very attentive and helpful, including giving tips on what to do during the stay. The accommodation is very well located and was well clean. I recommend it!

Super recommend, Max received us with very good humor, not counting the perfect state house. Very soft bed, clean bedding, really super worth the value, I spent a short time but it was worth it.

The space is functional, beautiful (exactly as in the photos), has all the amenities and was super clean and fragrant. I used it to work from home and the internet worked really well too! It has several windows so it is well ventilated (which should be great in the heat) but even in the cold it was not a problem, as the air conditioning in the heat and the heated taps saved us! Although it is next to the host's house, it has a separate entrance and you have complete privacy. Dani is a sweetheart, super helpful and available, she helped us with everything we needed.

Great stay, my wife and I stayed 11 days of accommodation, a very nice place and close to everything, we rested a lot, I highly recommend it and I will return as soon as I can. A hug to Antemar and his wife Andréia.

Great stay. Everything was very clean and organized. It's good that it even has an iron. Comfortable bed to sleep in, normal size double bed, if the bed were a little larger it would be perfect.

I rented it to my in-laws, but I accompanied the check-in, entry into the apartment and also visited. The apartment is impeccable, just like the description - comfortable, with good space and complete. Full kitchen, plus laundry area and washing machine. 1 suite (double bedroom with bathroom) + 1 children's bedroom and bathroom (total of 2 bathrooms). Cozy living room and enclosed balcony with barbecue. In the children's room, there is also a good desk with a chair, if necessary for remote work. It is close to good hiking spots (or several gyms), as well as a bakery, cafe and restaurants - everything is possible to do on foot. It has a very spacious parking space. The host responded promptly, handed over the keys, and gave tips for the stay. Finally, my in-laws loved the apartment's stay and comfort. Everything is great! I recommend it!

The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

UNSPECTABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see much of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is a delight! The accommodation is able to blend the calm of a retired neighbourhood and proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city centre was about 5 minutes by car, and the nearby beaches are also well accessible by car. The guide elaborated by Giulianno was great, it was able to direct which beaches to visit and, in particular, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little longer and going down the side street, especially if you are carrying the beach gears.

We love the accommodation! Studio exactly as in the pictures, new, extremely clean! Alessandro gave all the information about the stay and check in the previous week, facilitating our arrival. Great location, close to the center and the beach.

Helisanne and her husband were very friendly and receptive. The space is very clean and cozy, the Jacuzzi is a luxury.

Stay was very good. Very beautiful and quiet place, perfect for which you want quiet mainly because we were in the low season. The house had everything we need, it comes close to the beach of Sonho and Ponta do Paragaio. And by car is a few minutes from Pinheira de Cima which is an excellent beach and also by Guarda do Embaú. Marcelo was an excellent host, still gave us delicious treats from his parents' place (wonderful jellies) and a wine. We will definitely be back.
