I am very satisfied with my stay there.

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

A cozy apartment in the center of Vignanello. There is free parking in front of the house. The apartment is in the basement, steep stairs, no elevator. Since the house was built in 1725, the interior is very beautiful: there is a niche for water, a fireplace, thick walls, narrow passages, and arches. Good renovation, lots of decorative items: violin, candles, guitar. There is a capsule coffee machine. Polite, responsive hosts were always in touch, quickly answered questions. The apartment is a little noisy in the morning, as there is a roadway right above it. Corso Garibaldi, 75 is a great place to get to know the Lazio region.

The hosts of Casa Lieta were very responsive and proactive. His wife checked us in, who was very kind at that time and also during subsequent communications. He helped us by giving us directions and they also provided us with breakfast cookies. The only flaw of the stay was some of the linen that perhaps needed to be rechecked after washing. That said, great experience, I would go back and recommend it to everyone!

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

a good house on the ground floor with its own entrance and a view of the garden. Anna lives upstairs, she is the mother of the owner. You can park the car next to the house. It has a large garden, with mainly trees. There is a terrace around it with a garden seat and there are 2 sun loungers. You can hear a lot of birds in the garden, but the neighborhood dogs bark too. We have a dog ourselves, and found that you can't easily take a walk from the house. Then you really have to go out with the car. You are less than 10 minutes' drive from plan di massiano, the starting point of the minimetro. With that you can drive into Perugia. (It does close at 9 p.m.). At pian di massiano there is also a supermarket, and in San Marco too, which is closer.

what can I say! Everything is perfect! A gem like that you can't find it every day!! I don't think it needs positive reviews, you just have to have time to try it!! We had a great time at Francesca's place. Super clean, super cozy and functional, she was always very kind, also suitable for our 2 four-legged friends!! Scheggino is a wonderful village.

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

Spello is a lovely city, but small enough to feel comfortable in right away. The apartment has lovely views, a nice terrace and is a few minutes from the sites, restaurants and stores. Also very near the station for excursions. Roberto is a very considerate host, and it was a lovely stay.

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Our two hosts were very nice, warm and helpful. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. The accommodation is an ideal starting point to explore the surrounding cities such as Assisi and Spello.

The apartment is right in the centre of town. It doesn’t matter whether you turn left or right out of the building - you’ll be deep into the historic centre and surrounded by bars and restaurants!! The terrace is an absolute joy - awesome views of the surrounds and a great sunshine trap. Perfect for coffee in the morning as you catchup on emails, and even better in the evening with a glass of wine to watch the sunset.

Together with my family, I just had a fantastic stay in Marco and Barbara's apartment. They were exceptional hosts, very welcoming and always available to give us advice on places to visit. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake, truly a corner of paradise. Moreover, the location is perfect for those who want to visit the Marmore Waterfall, which is just a few minutes away. The house is impeccable: very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The space is perfect for those seeking tranquility, but also for those who want to explore the surroundings. I highly recommend this apartment!

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

Great place to stay, traveling with my wife for a fair in Bastia, just a few minutes' drive away. Comfortable area with all amenities and private parking nearby. Great communication with the host, clean apartment, tidy with all the comforts. If I need to stay overnight in the area, I will definitely contact this property again! See you next time!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The space was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn't be better, it was just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet enough to relax at the end of the day. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
