House holiday rentals in Trestina

Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

The apartment really enchanted us, the rooms are nice, clean with air conditioning, stylish, in the living room a large TV, kitchen with everything that should be here. The "resort" itself was on a hill with beautiful views, a huge garden, a swimming pool, all stylish Tuscan, the surroundings beautiful, peace, quiet, peace, everything you need here you will find. As the Italians say, it's "Tutto bene" here

Ronaldo and Patrizia are great hosts and wonderful people, Bamboo is the best companion. The place itself is full of magic. Beautiful views, wonderful nature, sunrise in your windows. Close to Arezzo with its amazing history and culture. Our stay here was more than holiday. It was like gaining equilibrium in life. And we also tasted the best ever olive oil made by Rolando! We really enjoyed our stay at Tommaso's! The house is located in a lovely small village, very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan nature. We even spotted a wild boar one early morning (so best to be cautious during early mornings and late nights). There’s a charming local restaurant just around the corner where we had a great dinner – Tommaso kindly helped us book a table for our first night, which was much appreciated. Nearest bigger shop is around 20-min drive. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped, we had everything we needed and more. Just a heads-up that the pool area is a short walk from the house (about 3 minutes), but so worth it. Communication with Tommaso was smooth and easy throughout. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful house, scenic and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Lots of games and things to do as a family. Maybe the best part was having pizza night with Ana and Franco which was arranged by Alberto. Just loved this spot!

We had a very nice vacation. The place was clean and very nicely decorated, and the hosts were very dedicated and friendly. We would recommend this place at any time!

Our stay at Il Posto was something out of a dream. Truly the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. Rachel and Delfo are the kindest and most thoughtful hosts and are available for any questions and recommendations. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. We felt at home immediately and hope to visit again and again! Delfo is an incredible chef and Rachel pairs the perfect wines. We recommend the truffle hunt with their neighbor Luca, if you visit during the season. The rectory is very cozy but has a lot of space for a big group, including our almost 2 year old son. It’s really the perfect place to visit with friends and family. There’s a lot of hiking nearby and the town is super close. Rachel has excellent recommendations. Il Posto is also a working farm. The eggs, olive oil, and honey are soo fresh! We are already talking about our next trip!

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

Our stay in Tuscany at Lorenzo’s estate was magical! Close to the gorgeous Anghiari, fresh pastry gifts from Lorenzo’s lovely mother every other day and magical firefly displays at night, the pool and wood fired hot tub were an especially nice touch, recommend and would stay again :)

I had the pleasure of staying with my friends for 4 days at Casale Santo Stefano and the structure turned out to be perfectly in line with the description. Host Massimiliano and his mom were very helpful. I recommend Casale Santo Stefano to everyone

To assess this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very kind and very professional. It is a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives value to the application. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Fantastic location in the last village before you really go into the mountains! And yet, the inhabited world and the supermarket are less than 10 minutes away. The house was spacious enough for the two of us, quirky and comfortable. Michele is a great host who is around in a pleasant way and communicates quietly. We got fresh eggs and fish stew from him and he gave us some good tips about the area. We didn't use the jacuzzi, but we did use the yoga studio. The villagers - and there are not many - were also very friendly.

We had a brilliant week at Jakob and Margit’s house. Margit was so friendly and helpful (and gave us some wine and fresh eggs!). The views from the gardens are incredible and having the swimming pool was perfect. The local area has lots of great vineyards to visit and the house is close to Florence/Siena/Arezzo for day trips. It had everything we needed like a washing machine etc.

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

We felt very comfortable in this charming and quiet house with the magnificent view of olive trees and the lake from the beginning. The location is idyllic, the furnishings well thought-out and comfortable. The atmosphere has triggered a feeling of retreat and deceleration in us – almost like in a mountain hut: safe, relaxed and welcome. A big thank you to Victoria and Samira for their always attentive and loving care!

Alessandro is a very nice and thoughtful host. The place and the view is great. It has everything you need for your trip (probably best for couples or on your own). Having a car is almost non negotiable but that also makes it very calm and quiet. Groceries and some great ice cream are close by. Can only recommend!

We had an amazing time in Casa San Ripa. The house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures, the view is amazing and the outside area is lovely, with all the lights in the trees at night. The whole property was very clean, including the inside and the pool, the instructions were easy and Giulia is super responsive and extremaly nice and helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Denyse's place was perfect for our 6 day vacation in Cortona. We wanted a restful spot with easy access for day trips. For 2 couples it was wonderful with one large bedroom and bath on different floors, up to date kitchen and best of all -- the rooftop terrace. Since the place is next to the city wall -- we had sweeping views of the Tuscan valley and the historic buildings. Easy walking distance to plazas and restaurants (be prepared for some uphill). Someone from Together in Tuscany was usually at the Tourist Info center so it was wonderful to stop there and speak to Isabella if we had any questions or issues. . She was very responsive on What's App too. Denyse always responded promptly before and during our visit as well. They also arranged a walking tour of Cortona for us. This place was a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a peaceful and restorative vacation.

What can Isay... we really felt at home. Really friendly and friendly hosts, able to make you feel part of the family. Relaxing location and immersed in complete tranquility despite being only 5 minutes from the "chaos" of the country. Umbertide is then in a strategic position enough to be able to easily reach beautiful places such as Gubbio, Spello, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Perugia and much more. Very, very good value....the restaurant of the location is really something special, quality raw material and unique flavors. We had a really beautiful vacation.... really congratulations to Stefania and Michele, keep it up 😊💪🏼
