The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and situated in a peaceful setting on a stunning estate. It’s ideally located — close to the sea (Trani) and the remarkable Castel del Monte — yet tucked away in a quiet, non-touristy region, perfect for those seeking rest and natural beauty. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with suggestions, and their adorable dogs added an extra touch of warmth to the experience. The local olive oil, produced right on the property, is simply excellent — a real treat. There are also some great restaurants in the nearby area, offering delicious local cuisine. Whether you're exploring the nearby sights or just relaxing on the patio, this place offers a perfect balance of comfort, authenticity, and tranquility. Highly recommended — we would love to return!

The apartment offers everything you need for a short stay. Especially the air conditioning and the balcony were much appreciated in the warm weather. There were five of us staying in the apartment, which worked out perfectly fine. Nazario gave us a warm welcome, explained everything in detail, and even sent us a list of recommendations – so we felt well prepared for our time in Mattinata. If you want to explore the surrounding area and beaches, a rental car is highly recommended. We always found a parking spot without any trouble. We can definitely recommend the accommodation!

Thanks to the detailed directions and the necessary tips for GoogleMaps, we were able to find the property even in the dark. Angelo gave us a very warm welcome, explained everything worth knowing to us and gave us first excursion tips. Likewise, the conversations with Francesco in the morning were always very nice and based on his recommendation we also drove to San Giovanni Rotondo, which is really worthwhile. The apartment is small and cozy and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the outdoor area in November, because of the temperature, but the few steps to the sea with beautiful beach absolutely made up for it. We'd love to come back when it's a little warmer and the restaurant is open.

Carlos’s beautiful waterfront apartment was ideal for enjoying a few nights in Molfetta. The place was spotlessly clean, was exactly as described and had useful instructions about the apartment itself as well as the town of Molfetta. Bronislava's house, high above the sea, is a dream. Very quiet on the slope with a wonderful view of the bay of Mattinatta, the house offers everything to relax in style in a beautiful environment. The fully equipped kitchen is a great place to work. The bedrooms have very good mattresses, the bathroom is well equipped. If it should be cool in the evening, an atmospheric living room invites you, otherwise there is a beautiful terrace in front of the house. We were reluctant to say goodbye at the end of our stay. This house and location is actually Bette run real life than in pictures. A heavenly nest where the sea and the sky meet and everything in between is a magical Italian experience. The terraces are large, the house is simple but with all the characters you would want in a stay in Italy. Buy some food and snacks on your way to the house cause the first store is about 30 minutes away. Otherwise, just watch the moon set in the sea and the sun rise from the sea from this beautiful place. Anna and her family were fantastic. We had their pasta and they treated us as family! Highly recommend this authentic magical place. We stayed 6 days and did not get tired of it!

Very nice accommodation. Everything was new and great. Upon arrival, everything in the area was explained to us. The landlords are so friendly. It was really nice. I can only recommend it
