We had an amazing time at Miriam’s house. She and her husband are lovely people who put a lot of thought into their interior. There was nothing else we could have wished for, nice pool/ garden area, very well equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms.

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

We had a lovely stay, the house is very peaceful, pleasant to live in and well equipped. The pool area is great! Maria welcomed us and was always available and responsive.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The place is so beautiful 😍 if I will visit Italy another time for sure I will come back to this place. Me and my friends had really good time in this apartment 🥰 The home is beautiful and the pinky color makes everything so special. And swimming pool was just amazing during our hot weather time. It is as described. If you want a nice place to stay and a clean pool - this is the place. The rest is - but better by car - accessible (cafe, supermarket, etc.) The hosts are very warm and friendly and live directly on the ground floor of the guest house.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

A cozy location just outside the city center

Due to a very complicated move I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and fully fenced, it really made a difference The house is enchanting as well as the view that frames it, priceless to wake up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence to feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful disconnect during which, at times, I was also able to regenerate I had some small difficulties with the TV in the room compared to the channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the room Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming structure if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of just relaxation and rest! La Casetta Rossa offers a strategic location for access to the bike path along the Po. It is ideal for those who want to visit the mouth of the Po but at the same time relax. In fact, it is surrounded by greenery and very quiet. The king-size beds are very comfortable. Very large rooms.

"a heavenly place" is located in a very quiet village, surrounded by greenery. The location allows you to reach Rovigo, Ferrara and the surrounding area in twenty minutes. the apartment is nice, well maintained and very clean. Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

We spent four wonderful days in Nicola’s house as a group of four and absolutely loved it. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, with two fully stocked kitchens and plenty of space for everyone. The rooftop terrace was a highlight – perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Although we didn’t meet Nicola in person, communication was excellent throughout. He responded very quickly to all messages, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and flexible, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Nicola!

2 days of tranquility is what we sought, and found in Paolo's house, a super helpful, nice, and very kind host. Our 5-year-old son kept asking: "When is Mr. Paolo coming?"😁 The house is very clean, and in a very quiet area. We really appreciated the fact that we were provided with pure cotton towels, the hotel type for each member of the family. The mattresses are very comfortable. The only flaw of this place was the mosquitoes (being a house in the countryside, very annoying) but with citronella candles I think you can solve it and you can enjoy the large lawn that is around it🏠. Thanks for❤️. We'll be back for sure!!!

Beautiful place surrounded by nature. Huge and very clean house with well-kept outdoor spaces and comfortable interiors, nothing was missing. Host Gianna is fantastic, she did more than her duty. Very helpful and very kind. Thanks to you, we were able to make a child happy by being together. Thank you Gianna for everything.

Very comfortable and quiet

This is a very clean and comfortable flat in the centre of Forli, just steps away from Corso della Repubblica. It's a 25 minutes' walk or a very short taxi ride from the train station. The communication with Gian Luca was smooth quick, I felt well looked after. The flat is very well kept, there are amenities as well as special details on the part of the hosts that made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The area in front of the flat is well lit at night, which made me feel safe, as well as there being cameras on the outside and the owner living nearby. The bed was comfortable. There was hardly any traffic in the street, however there were occasionally loud passers-by at night who disturbed me as I'm a light sleeper, but no major noises.

We only stayed one night because we were passing through, but the guys treated us very well and the landscape is beautiful. if we ever travel to that area again, we will definitely return. thank you very much (also from the furry one)

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.
