Great stay in Palermo! The apartment was cozy and had lots of character. The shower had lovely hot water. The location was great for walking around Palermo. Would recommend!

The area is very easy to access, close to numerous means of transportation, relatively quiet and with many bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is as shown in the photos, very comfortable and well-equipped. The stay in the apartment was excellent and the communication with Camilo was always fluid and quick. I would surely return in the future.

The location is in a good area and the view from the apartment is very nice and spacious. Close to public transportation and has some restaurant deals. It doesn't have a reception, but the check-in was still good.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

Enjoyed Silvina’s place so much! Such a comfortable yet good quality apartment in the best location of Buenos Aires. I loved that there are 3 floors and a lot of nature on the outside. Fun decor and easy to get in and out. Will definitely be staying there again in the future.

I stayed here for about 5 days, and everything was perfect. This is a great place to stay in Palermo, Buenos Aires. The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare means and eat and drink comfortably. The two bathrooms were super clean and fully functional. The apartment seems to have an endless supply of very hot water. As far as surroundings, the apartment is on a very nice tree lined street. It's residential, but also full of very cool restaurants, cafes and small businesses. From the apartment, it's possible to walk and explore the myriad of wonderful options (i.e., restaurants, cafes, grocery, bars) that both Palermo Hollywood and Palermo SOHO have to offer. The area in general, and the apartment specifically, are very safe. I had no issues or concerns whatsoever. It's a short walk to the subway, which affords a straight shot to other areas of Buenos Ares, such as San Telmo. In summary, wonderful apartment and area.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

The apartment was very nice and in a great location, about a 15-minute speed walk to Palermo and just two blocks from a Subtle station. There are also several good coffee shops nearby, which was a plus. The gym in the building is a bit run down and mostly has cardio equipment, not much for weights — but I found another gym in the neighborhood that offers day passes, two-week, or monthly options. The host was very responsive and fixed a small issue I had at checkin within an hour, which I really appreciated. Overall, I think it was a great value and I had a really nice stay.

This is a lovely home in Palermo. Each of the three bedrooms were well appointed, and the three floor layout offers ample space for gathering, relaxation, or -- if required -- study or work. We really loved the top floor outdoor lounge areas in particular. The orientation of the house (around the interior courtyard) offers rare privacy in Palermo. While the house is very close to the main areas of Palermo, it's a block or so off so it's not hectic (sure - there may be some people out and about on weekend nights but it's moderate, and not a thoroughfare). The hosts were super communicative throughout and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The truth is that everything was excellent! from the accommodation, to Lucia who was the one who attended me and helped me in everything, super attentive and kind! I stayed for a few hours and they answered me super fast, they were at the time they had to be to give me the instructions, so excellent! I would definitely choose them again!

My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great. If you visit BA, stay here.
