Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Trentino-South Tyrol

Christina’s place is really nice. Everything is really new and she has taken time and care in decorating it. Really cute place. The windows draw the air nicely. Lots of supplies for cooking. The shower has direct heat hot water. The pullout couch is really comfy and the most impressive I have seen. The mechanism folds in and out super easy with pillow storage so you can easily store it during the day in seconds. We want one! The place was super clean. Location right in the heart of Arco, so very convenient and she has a parking space in the gated garage, which works well if you have a car. Christina was really prompt in correspondence and really nice when we met her checking in.

There were two of us with a dog on site. Especially the friendly welcome and on-site support of Bernadett was excellent. The property was beautiful - very well maintained and decorated with a lot of love for detail. We also appreciated the dog friendliness that was shown to us. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this piece of jewelry.

We stayed in 2 adults and 3 children/boys, the spaces are adequate, there is everything you need, from large closets to new appliances. Pros: The well-equipped kitchen, with a availability of dishes for two meals allowed us to do less washing in the spacious dishwasher. Cozy, warm and bright house. Clear directions, check-in, and garbage management with door-to-door collection. Close to the center of Lavarone and the shops/restaurants within walking distance. A technical inconvenience to the fireplace (announced by Sofia a few weeks before) was not a problem: when we return next time we will also use the fireplace for an even more mountain atmosphere. Cons: Some points near the windows suffer from condensation, causing small drops on the ground, but it is due to the building with the walls not insulated. Sofia and Belanov are recommended hosts! Very spacious and spacious apartment, perfect even if you stay in 8 people. Impeccable cleanliness and well-equipped kitchen. Valentina was very kind in accommodating our requests and made herself available throughout the duration of the stay. Overall, a more than positive experience!

I stayed at Laura's place for 5 nights with my 3 boys. The apartment is nice, clean, warm, equipped with everything you need but maybe a little small for 4 adults; for a winter vacation, it is worth considering the fact that the apartment, like the whole building, does not have a ski storage, and in any case we were aware of it; Laura and Mrs. Lori were always very available for any type of problem.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Really close to the old town for restaurants and sight seeing. We booked last minute and Giuliana responded quickly and check in was smooth. Would stay again

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Bolzano. Giorgio was an excellent host and very understanding after our trains into town were delayed. Cannot recommend the location enough.

Excellent place to stay!

The apartment is super nice. The equipment is very good. Great location, nice and quiet. In the kitchen, sharp knives and small boards would be an advantage for snapping. Garbage separation was not visible to us. For winter sports enthusiasts, a basement room for skis would be very good.

Very attentive host

Alain's House is very clean and well-kept, especially the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, plenty of pots, spices, sugar and coffee are the usual small ingredients you forget about, and they were available... The house is as you can see from the photos, slightly dated in some furnishings, but really very nice and clean, with 3 state-of-the-art TVs and great Wi-Fi. Very interesting and convenient check-in without a time and parking in front of the house is very convenient Location on a busy street, but all rooms are very quiet, the center is a 5/7 minute walk. Alain was very responsive, but we didn't have any issues, so we didn't interact much.. Recommended and in case you come back!
