Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

Louise was so sweet and her home is a little gem with the BEST bathtub EVER in the bedroom. Such a cool place and very roomie for a couple. Beautiful decor! Love the interior design touches mixing the old stone with more modern elements. The only negative was finding parking. Luckily we found a little spot all the way down the hill in front of the school….but this is Lake Como so we’re used to hiking up the hill!:) Just an FYI for anyone with mobility issues. We loved our stay and especially loved our meals out on the deck and also enjoyed Villa Lario built into the cliff just below. Fun experience:) We’d love to return sometime!

Alloggio super carino, facilmente raggiungibile. L’host è stata chiara in ogni istruzione e sempre disponibile per eventuali chiarimenti.

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Een heerlijk huisje in een authentiek dorp. We hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het terras op de lekkere bank, heerlijk geslapen op de goede bedden (ook de sofabank) en de regendouche was ook super. Het contact met Kathi en Ivan was zowel snel als heel vriendelijk, gebruik vooral hun reisgids want daar staan hele goede aanbevelingen in. Pognana is een pareltje, je kunt mooie wandelingen maken naaf boven en op het 'strand' beneden zit je in no time. Bar Sonia boven is heel goed en gezellig, je bent er zo een vaste klant. Ook Marvin, onze hond, heeft genoten, er was nog een verrassing voor hem bij aankomst, heel lief! Je zit heerlijk privé in het huisje, soms hoor je de bovenburen, maar dat was niet storend. Van Bar Sonia hoor je overigens niets. Heel erg bedankt dat we mochten blijven en hopelijk tot ziens!

Casa di Angela was a beautiful space for our group of 6! We had plenty of room and the views from the house are breathtaking. It is steps from the lake, restaurants, and the ferry. The area surrounding is very quiet and we only saw a few neighbors. This place is very special and we hope to return one day soon! There is a hill to climb to get to the front door and steps up to all of the bedrooms, but this was expected from the description. Also, getting to the area via bus from the train station during a peak day/season was not a pleasant experience and we would suggest taking a taxi or arranging for a transfer. In the town of Lenno, there was a place to arrange transfer back to the station and the people working there were incredibly kind.

Posto accogliente e tranquillo. Posizione e vista splendide. A due passi dal centro e dal punto di partenza del battelli. Abbiamo trascorso giorni indimenticabili. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

This was easily the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Very clean house, beautiful garden, swings for children, responsive and very nice host and located in in a town which my family and I found quite nice. The host helped us with any doubt we had. The bedroom AC was very effective and the bed very comfortable. Dedicated parking space was nice. Child was very happy with the wonderful garden and the swings. If in the region again, I would stay here again.

Superbe logement, bien équipé, avec vue direct sur le lac depuis la terrasse, hôtes très accueillants, et de bons conseils (en français), nous avons appréciés l'accompagnement jusqu'à la place de parking privé. Excellent, nous recommandons !

The flat was lovely and cool, spacious, and had everything we needed. We arrived to all the essentials (milk, eggs, water…), and loved being able to leave for evening swims just outside the bedroom door. There is a ferry port five minutes down the road on foot, and you can explore the whole of como! Great restaurants pretty much next door which was great!

Alice was a wonderful host. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing few days by the lake. The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to that every morning felt like a dream. Alice was kind, responsive, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Her local tips were also spot-on and helped me make the most of my time in the area. I’d definitely come back and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Lake Como.

Ein wunderbarer Ort, um ein paar Tage Ruhe zu genießen. Bei schönem Wetter kann man die Terrasse direkt vor dem Haus nutzen - den ganzen Tag steht die Sonne drauf und ein Baum spendet Schatten bei Bedarf. Zu Fuß sind es ca 10 min an den See. Wer dort arbeiten möchte: sicherheitshalber ausreichend Datenvolumen dabei haben, da das WLAN über Antenne läuft (gibt am See keine andere Option) und dementsprechend auch mal wetteranfällig sein kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Stanis hat super gut funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen 😃 zum Auto und parken wurde schon genug in den anderen Bewertungen geschrieben. … und beim Aufwachen kann man vom Bett aus schon aus dem Fenster auf den See schauen

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Incredible apartment, well equipped, very attentive host, short walk to the bakery and bus stop, beautiful balcony where we spent every evening, I would recommend this place to everyone!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. One of the best parts was the location—just steps away from the ferry terminal, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and stress-free. Daniela, the host, was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, friendly, and very responsive to any questions I had. She even allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help and really set the tone for a relaxing stay. Her hospitality made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Wir waren 5 Damen, die eine wundervolle Zeit dort verbrachten! Wir haben dort 2 Geburtstage gefeiert und es war einfach perfekt! Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Supermarkt sind wir allerdings mit dem Auto gefahren und konnten dort alles was das Herz begehrt einkaufen. Wir können diese Unterkunft einwandfrei empfehlen und werden wiederkommen!

Bright, beautiful, clean, updated apartment with a great view of Lake Como. Very convenient to a grocery, bakery, gelateria and restaurant. A Friday morning pop-up fruit stand was wonderful! Maddalena was very friendly and considerate and she responded to my questions/needs immediately. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely book again if/when I visit Lake Como in the future. Wir haben uns bei Sonja vom ersten Empfang heimisch gefühlt. In der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts. Sie ist vollständig und für körperlich eineschränkte Gäste ausgestattet, bis hin zum Nähzeug und kleinen Gesellschaftsspielen. Eine familiäre Atmosphäre haben wir auf dem gesamten Gelände gespürt, mit Spielsachen und -geräten für Kinder. Sonja war uns gegenüber immer verbindlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Aufenthalt, den wir schon heute zu unseren schönsten Urlaubsunterkünften zählen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

Alessia was a wonderful and responsive host. She met us at check in and was very flexible with our arrival time. She helped us to get settled and immediately offered us some lunch recommendations and even helped us set up a boat tour to go on during our trip. Definitely ask her about this! The space was spotless and exactly as pictured. Parking was easy and free. One thing to note is that you should be prepared for the steep hill you need to climb to get back to the apartment! Do not underestimate it! But overall this was a lovely stay with an amazing host with GORGEOUS lake views and a huge balcony.

Die Kommunikation auch schon im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und die Anreise war somit einfach und entspannt. Wir wurden, als wir ankamen, ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist toll und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Es ist alles durchdacht und fehlt an Nichts. Das habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und ich kann diesen Ort zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Incredible views made it nice to stay and enjoy the Airbnb esp on rainy days. We were traveling with our 8 month old and loved the nice comfy crib and Anita even left out a baby towel and high chair for us. It was really a perfect spot to enjoy views from the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware which made it great for some homemade dinner dates too. Would love to stay here again.
