UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN MAGICAL LOCATION

A little bit of paradise... It's how you feel when you step into this fantastic house that is tucked behind chalky white sand dunes on a large nature plot by the shore of the sea. The house, in well preserved original condition from 1961, has a modest elegance and at the same time is so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who designed it together with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here he was able to pull away and enjoy the quiet.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Close to Beach, ocean & near Malmo/Copenhagen

Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...

Villa central southern Skåne

Fridfullt och centralt boende med trädgård som en egen oas. Centrum och centralstation nås på 5 min, stranden på 12 min med cykel. Endast 15 min till Näset, 25 min till Falsterbo och Malmö. Huset är 170 kvm inkl. källarplan med bastu, biljard och relax. Tre sovrum (familjesäng, dubbelsäng + enkelsäng, dubbelsäng), ett extra rum med plats för extrasäng. Två badrum. Pool april–oktober. Under sommaren ansvarar gäster även för lättare skötsel av trädgård, pool och vattning av blommor.

Vacation House - South Coast

Main building with kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room downstairs. Uppstairs a double bed and a bunk bed for two. A guest house on the premises (toilet in main buildning) with a double bed and sleeping loft. Ideal for a couple, family/families with kids (4 adults, 4 children) or friends that like living close.

We would like to welcome you to our cottage to make new beautiful holiday memories. You have only 200 meters to the beach with white sand which is the best of Sweden at least if you ask us! The beach is child friendly and so is our cottage. Of course also your dog should be a part of your holiday dream! The cottage is allocated very close of a lovely restaurant, ice cream bar, tennis and golf. The best of all - here is hot tub and sauna! Amazing. Isn´t it?!

There are two patios in different directions and sauna upstairs. Close to beach, golf course, restaurants and shops. No events or parties are allowed at the property. No burning in the fireplace. Pets welcome.
