Excellent large flat, renovated throughout, lots of natural light and blinds to darken when needed. Local stores 2 minute walk, easy 10 min walk to historic centre. Great to have an elevator and a large private designated secure parking space which adds value. Would recommend and hope to stay if we visit again.

Excellent stay! Fleur and her companion are very friendly and caring hosts, with the concern of making people feel at ease and comfortable. The studio is quiet, very clean and functional. From there, you can easily reach the city center by car, bike or tram/bus. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Angers, and I would highly recommend it.

Aurélien's apartment is spacious and very well located, in a pedestrian street in the city center. No bar nearby, the street is quiet at night. We had a pleasant stay with friends. The kitchen could be a little better equipped (there were a few essential items missing to be able to cook a minimum: a colander, a wooden spoon, potholders, a tea towel). If this small downside doesn't bother you, it's an apartment to book without hesitation!
