Within walking distance of the center of Saint-Brieuc and the port. A beautiful descent to the harbor. Maryvonne is an enthusiastic host, hospitable and there are many tips for the area available so we quickly found our way. In short, nice compact apartment, close to the center and all nature close by (gR 34 and the cliffs by the sea). We would love to come back.

Accommodation in a good location, close to the city center, the shopping area, easy to find. Private parking, direct access. Clean, functional, well-equipped, very clear instructions. I recommend it.

Gwendal's accommodation is very nice and very well equipped. It feels like home! Parking is super easy whether it's on the street or in the large parking lot nearby.

The location is great, a few minutes walk to the city center, but more important the facilities is well kept, and the amenities offered are very suitable for a multigenerational family stay, easy and friendly use. It makes you feel right home! It is all in the details from a traveler perspective; there is a welcome amenity, a counter offering informations about the city of Saint Brieuc and vicinity which make you very familiar with new surroundings. Next time, I bring my family to Saint Brieuc, this is the place that we would want to stay. First Class to Marica and Teiva!

Great apartment with an ideal location, along a dike, a beautiful beach where it's nice to walk around. Beautifully decorated and very clean apartment, bright, large glass window facing the sea and calm. Emilie is a great host, excellent communication, pleasant, attentive. Well-equipped, spacious and comfortable accommodation (apart from the bathroom which is a little cramped) surrounded by nature, it's really soothing. Well located for visiting the city of Penthievre and sites of character such as Monroncourt and Quintin. Delphine is a pleasant, kind and available host, a big thank you. I highly recommend it.

Access via key safe, code came by message in Messenger a few hours before. Private parking, but this is only accessible once you have taken the key from the key safe. Super nice, spacious apartment with everything you need. Even a washing machine is available. Nespresso machine available and some capsules to start, but no normal coffee machine. Nice, helpful communication via chat messages. Quiet location in Plerin, near the cemetery and the small town center with a bakery nearby. By car, you can quickly reach St. Brieuc or the beaches (e.g. Plage des Rosaiers). We will be happy to come back.

Excellent stay with my sweetheart, we had a wonderful vacation in this nice apartment (we got very attached to it!). Nearby shops, beach, activity... everything was superb. Communication with Steffie was impeccable and clear.☺️☺️

I recommend Samuel's accommodation. Came to the legate to rest. Had a great time. The accommodation was clean, bright, comfortable. The veranda with the balneo bathtub is a real plus as well as the terrace🌺 The port is a 2-minute walk away, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The "Martin Beach" beach is 10 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay there again.

Michel is a responsive and pleasant host. His place is as described, it would almost fail to specify the very nice setting in which it is with "the abbey" and the park of the rest house. That's lovely. Well placed for a stroll around the area. Small downside on cleanliness which is more due to a failure by the concierge. Michel's son was responsive to help us with the shortcomings. The pillows (cakes) would need to be reviewed on the other hand. In itself, a good weekend in the area.

Great stay at Yann's. Ideal location, close to the port, beaches, restaurants. The Thursday morning market is very good. Very nice accommodation, as described.

a home with sea views in every room, peace and quiet, a beautiful and clean pool, very welcoming and charming hosts! All in a Sublime region,the island of Bréhat is 30min away, beaches and cliffs all around! A good stay to recharge!
