Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Here you can relax on the balcony, watch the hustle and bustle on the Baltic Sea and let the day end comfortably. For an active vacation, the promenade is suitable for morning jogging, the golf course as well as a sailing school are located directly in front of the door and for the active swimmers the access is also directly in front of the door.

Travemünde | Maritime oasis close to the beach

Here you can relax perfectly - with salt on your skin and sand underfoot. Our small (40 sqm) but fine apartment is located about 250 m from the beach. With a sunny balcony and a view of the green garden, it is a real oasis. A double bed and a fold-away bed allow up to 3 guests to sleep comfortably.
