Holiday rentals with lake access in Trâu Quỳ

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

We had a great one-night stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The place was clean, had strong A/C, and was just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake with plenty to see and do nearby, restaurants, cafes, night markets, and historic spots. The host was very responsive and helpful, and even greeted us in person at check-in, which made us feel very welcome. Perfect spot for a short or long vacation in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. Thanks for the great stay!

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Hoa has been absolutely delightful to interact with and is a treasure. We love it here. We are already planning our next visit to this magnificent location. The apartment is lovely with a very comfortable living space and a darling balcony that even has a washing machine. We have enjoyed leisurely walks on the miles of pathways around the lagoons that are right downstairs from the apartment. While strolling in the area we’ve spent time exploring the many excellent cafés and have been content with the extensive convenience store and supermarket resources. Even the minimarts have a wide array of fresh produce and meat and dairy products. Found the multiple local pharmacies to be well stocked and able to fulfill most of our prescription medication needs. Everything is walking distance, including the world class Bat Trang Museum, Swan Lake, and numerous other meticulously maintained parks and lakes. Magical Hanoi City Centre is a manageable 35-40 minute drive. This place is hard to beat!

I had a great couple of nights here! The pool that’s advertised is in a separate building a short grab/walk away and has additional charge. Host messages frequently to check in and answers questions very quickly! Would definitely recommend walking around the eco park.

Wonderful apartments. Comfort and coziness at the highest level. This is a much better option than hotels.

Enjoyable stay in a nice location. Quite far from any tourist areas or westlake but that's what we wanted. Outside the hustle of Hanoi. Tuyet was a lovely host, very communicative, and the apartment was true to photos. Recommended.

I really liked the property and it was well maintained. The location is little out skirt especially if you want to roam around in the night but it’s perfect and peaceful. It was very spacious too. Would love to come again and stay here.

Had a great stay! The accommodation was really nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool is super nice too, just note there’s an extra fee to use it. If you’re planning to stay at Ecopark, definitely consider this spot. The host was incredibly helpful and had the best communication throughout.

I stayed at Anh’s place on two occasions for 5 days each for a total of 10 days. Check in is a simple process. Communication was impeccable and proactive throughout my stays. The community is beautiful, peaceful and easy to get around. There are a lot of activities, volleyball, tennis, swimming and artificial beach. Best of all the apartment is completely quiet and noise free. I work remotely so being in a peaceful environment is critical for me which I greatly appreciated. The people in the building and the overall community are super friendly and happy. Also extremely convenient to get to the old quarter for sightseeing on a free bus that is right outside the building. In addition there is a very inexpensive bus that will take you to the airport as well at the same stop. Overall excellent. Would recommend.
