Exclusive comfort paired with cosy atmosphere of a fin de siècle pension - this is what guests can expect in Villa Antoinette. The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. In the loft style, you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool, which is used as a hot tub in winter – with distant views over the Alps and proximity to Graz. Whether a relaxation trip or a city vacation, you will find everything your heart desires. The living room offers 2+2 beds (including Comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is used with Schmoltis chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

We, the Hofer family, warmly welcome you to our vacation home on our organic farm in Kirchberg am Wechsel. Our farm is located in the Bucklige Welt at the foot of the Wechsel directly at the so-called Molzkreuzung. This vacation home, which was built by our ancestors around 1880, has been completely renovated by us from 2022 to 2024 in loving handwork inside and out. Thus, nothing stands in the way of your vacation with the highest level of comfort.

The apartment consists of a large combined living room/bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and free parking. In just 3 minutes on foot you can reach the center or the Hirschenkogel ski lift, which is why the apartment is ideally located for a ski and snowboarding vacation in winter, or a hiking vacation in summer.

A beautiful house made of pure wood close to the Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to the Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. Bicycles are available free of charge.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

It can accommodate up to six guests and has a cozy bedroom (double bed + sofa bed ) and a spacious living room (sofa bed) where you can relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The rustic interior and the beautiful terrace create a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
