Ideal location right next to the beach & in walking distance to all things Somo. This is a beautiful area & a great jumping off place for exploring Cantabria. The apartment is very comfortable, clean & described accurately. Our only negative is that this place is managed by a seemingly large company lacking a personal touch - the text messages we sent were responded to by an AI bot that wasn't always accurate with information & they were not at all flexible with our checkout time. They wanted us to pay for an additional hour stay even though we had rented for a week. Otherwise a great experience & would highly recommend!

One of the best apartments we've ever stayed in, everything was super clean, Begoña was very nice, she recommended things to do, everything was very clear. The house had all kinds of amenities, I think it's the only place we've been where we can go in and live a normal life without having to go to a supermarket to buy basic things. We'd be delighted to come back another time. PS: He left us 2 umbrellas ☂️ and a parasol in the apartment, ⛱️ which was a luxury, as well as some beach chairs.

We spent a few days my partner and I, and without a doubt, between the location of the house, which is in a privileged place and that we took our dog. It's the perfect house to repeat. Close to the sea, with a garden that when you see it in person is 4 times larger than the photos, and that no noise is heard, makes it ideal for the perfect disconnection. Sonia was on the lookout for us to give us the clear directions and worried when we arrived that all was well. Without a doubt, a very good host! I have no doubt, which I will repeat thanks to the treatment of Sonia and the magnificent house she has.

Irene is charming. She greeted us on arrival and offered us all kinds of details about places to see, things to do and places to eat. We went to spend a few days at Pilar's house and we felt at home. She was super nice to us and the house was super nice. It is completely recommended, also considering its easy access to the beach. Undoubtedly an experience to repeat.

The rental is true to the description, very nice spot. We had a very pleasant stay despite the mixed weather. The apartment's views of the ocean and the surfers' slides were a delightful daily spectacle. We were treated to 2 magnificent sunsets. Gorgeous duplex apartment with amazing views of Playa Trengandin, surrounding mountains and cliffs...even better than the photos in the listing! It's also cozy, comfortable, beautifully furnished and fully-equipped for long stays. Minutes from a stunning beach and close to everything, but quiet as well. I worked from here for a week and everything was perfect, I was even able to work from both terraces! I just wish I had more time in Noja to enjoy this lovely home. Rebeca is also a great host, friendly, flexible, responsive and helpful. Can't wait to return to Noja and this wonderful apartment. Muchas gracias Rebeca!

Great stay at Estíbaliz's apartment. Excellent apartment, with all the necessary accessories, comfortable in new condition, and very clean when we arrived . Excellent welcome from Estíbaliz, when we arrive to give us all the necessary explanations, and respond almost instantly to our messages, whether in writing or having it on the phone Very thoughtful, whenever we ask for information, and anything else . The location very well located, and the parking just under the apartment is locked . Another nice thing is a supermarket next door . All located Very close to downtown and beaches. Despite the fact that I cut my stay short the time I spent there was wonderful. The apartment was so cosy and had everything I needed, there was even tea bags and coffee provided. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I did not know anyone in the area and they made me feel like family. I would highly recommend.

Very well located accommodation in the center, close to all services, Cristina was waiting for us on arrival to access the apartment, very friendly and responded quickly to messages, the apartment is clean, the beds are very comfortable and it has everything, she leaves coffee, milk, cookies .... she also let us stay until after lunch since she had no scheduled check-in, very nice touch.
