Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Trappitello

We had a lovely stay. The house is very comfortable, and the garden is gorgeous. Our children were able to play in the garden and swimming pool. If you want to sit a little outside the tourist hustle and bustle, and yet have all the amenities at your fingertips, this is ideal. We would like to come back.

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Lele is an excellent hostess. The place matches the description perfectly. She has thoughtfully prepared a detailed instruction book with all the information we might need. Additionally, she provided us with plenty of helpful parking tips.

Very responsive and welcoming hosts. They shared some fantastic recommendations of authentic dining places and local beaches. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at the appartement. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the nature all around. We even got nice fresh fruits out of the garden!

The accommodation is a marvel. Housed in a centuries-old structure, equipped with all comforts, the gem is the bathtub directly in the bedroom. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Giuseppe is an exceptional host, very helpful and available. The village of Motta Camastra is very nice and the view is sublime. We were lucky to be there during the 2 days of the village festival so we could enjoy the concerts, fireworks, processions, illuminations and brass band. The apartment is very functional, well located in the village and allows you to enjoy the various visits to do in the vicinity including Etna. We regret not staying longer!

Great place! Good and comfortable beds and rooms, a truly beautiful garden/swimming pool/view. A perfect place to relax We had an amazing time and it’s not a complaint, but good to know; you share the swimming pool with the apartment below (had had very nice people there), and there is 1 toilet/bathroom. Again, we didn’t had any issues with it, but just good to know. And yes, I would book it again if I go back to Sicilië.

This place is a little haven. Beautiful views and so relaxing and peaceful amongst the orange trees and the wildlife. Salvo is the perfect host. He cannot do enough for you and is so kind and generous. This is our third stay at Casa di Civi and will not be the last!

We had a friendly and warm welcome with Pina. The house is extremely clean, spacious, comfortable. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. Views of the sea on one side, Mount Etna on the other. Flowers in abundance. Calm and serenity guaranteed. Pina was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information. Even though the house is isolated, we had all the necessary directions to get there. It is a typical house, tastefully furnished and above all filled with attention to make you feel at home. We highly recommend this place!!!

Carlo was a super friendly host. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by him personally with a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a homemade cake! Carlo was very concerned about our well-being and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for the region. The house with the large garden in a very quiet location offers a great view of Mount Etna and at the same time you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. As soon as it got dark, we enjoyed the view of Mount Etna from the fireplace. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Roberto was a great host and helped us get settled nicely once we got to Sicily. He answered any questions we had and gave us a list of restaurants, beaches and tours before we got there. He also helped book us a taxi to his apartment. The apartment is next to the grocery store and all the shops and restaurants which was very convenient. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone to stay there.

Andreas house is like a home away from home. It is thoughtfully decorated, the lavastonehouse is charming and inside it has everything you need. The ourdoors is beautiful! The view is spectacular, the kids loved the pool and the sorroundings are unimaginable. You have to see it to understand, how wonderful it is. Andrea is the perfect helpful and informative host. The area is peaceful, a bit rural, but that makes it just better.

Roberta’s place was amazing. We were a family of three with a baby and it was perfect to relax and let our baby crawl around. While it wasn’t the most convenient location since we didn’t have a car, Roberta was able to connect us with a transfer service that could get us a ride anywhere within thirty minutes! Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beautiful stay!

We feel very lucky to have stayed here - your garden is beautiful - the children loved picking oranges and lemons and making delicious juice. We enjoyed evenings on the terrance and taking in the spectacular view - we even saw etna erupting which was very special. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You have been a wonderful host, thank you for all the help, recommendations and reservations. We loved the take away pizza and restaurant you recommended. Davide and Carla were excellent, helpful and friendly hosts who made us feel right at home. Their vineyard is truly beautiful and authentic, and loved how peaceful and tranquil the area is. Even though we had not pre-booked the wine tasting and dinner, we were invited to join the experience and thoroughly enjoyed a selection of amazing natural wines, a delicious meal, and chatted the night away with Mount Etna in the background. The apartment was cosy and quiet, with all amenities you could need and views towards the coast. A few reviews have mentioned the drive up to the vineyard, but we had no trouble with this at all, we had rented a 500X and it tackled the country road just fine. Thank you Davide and Carla for making our stay so memorable.

We loved staying in Paula’s apartment. Check-in was super easy as she met us outside and made us feel at home. She recommended several restaurants and had a map with the many things to see and do in Taormina. The apartment is right next to the famous Four Seasons (from White Lotus) with stunning views of Mount Etna and the bay. The apartment is very specious, with a wonderful outdoor terrace leading into a large living space and dining area. There is a good kitchen. There are two nice bedrooms, one with a great view of the bay, and two full baths in the hall. The house is built into the side of the hill which is how you get the great views. There are about 30 steps down to reach the apartment. There are many good restaurants nearby and you are less than a five minute walk from the Duomo and the Cathedral. The car park is also five minutes away. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful base to explore Taormina.

This is the best apartment we've ever stayed in, anywhere.. The apartment is spectacular, it's so much better than the photos, it is huge and the quality of furniture and decor is absolutely excellent. The location is perfect, it manages to be just a few steps from the main streets of taormina, yet it's also really quiet and secluded, very rare to find. We were met by Monica, who handles the property for the host, she was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful, and always available. It was my partners 40th birthday trip, and Monica even dropped off a surprise gift for her on the day, everything was above and beyond expectations. We had the best trip ever and if you are going to taormina, this is the place to stay, without question.

Beautifully located apartment right near the beach. Everything you need is nearby, but also everything in the apartment for cooking yourself, etc. There were only two of us there, but also enough space for more people or a family with children. friendly hostess, always helpful with questions. are very satisfied and we can definitely recommend

We were absolutely in love with Luna’s place. It’s quite rural, as the description states, and Italian driving on the one lane road lined with stone is an adventure, but once you arrive it’s an oasis. We came in early May, and upon opening the car door we were greeted with the scent of citrus and orange blossom. You can tell that a lot of care went into the design of the cottage. The outdoor space is exceptional and the indoor space is full of natural light (or darkness if you prefer, thanks to blackout curtains). All of the concrete and tile accentuates the natural lava rock. The bathroom was amazing, with black tile floor to ceiling, and up-lights in the shower. The hot water never ran out, so we were able to really enjoy it and relax. Luna answered questions about food as well as culture. Our biggest regret is that we didn’t plan more down time to just relax there.

Viviana was an incredible host, she contacted us one day before to explain how to arrive to the apartment, she helped us with the parking and gave us lot of information of what to do and where to eat! she was really helpful. The apartment is located near Taormina and Castel Mola so we travelled by car easily. Also, the apartment has a huge terrace with amazing views, bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms where perfectly clean.

Barbara was an excellent host and we loved her home: we rented the entire home for our family (adult kids and partners, plus my husband and I) and it was perfect for everyone. The house has a fantastic view of Isola Bella, stairs to the beach are just few steps from the house, and there’s a parking lot just across the street (if you are driving be ready for very narrow streets ;) with cars, scooters and people all together). Barbara was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment I booked and even more when we arrived. She communicated constantly with me. I highly recommend her place to feel at home waking up to a gorgeous, peaceful view. And there’s lot to do in Taormina and the surroundings. Fantastic trip, we already miss it …

Mariano's home is one of the best airbnb apartments I have rented. It is impeccably clean and very comfortable. It is quiet and there is lots of light in the apartment and also has a great terrace that you can take your coffee in the morning . Both of the bathrooms have a great shower and lots of space. . There is lots of space in the entire apartment which makes is very comfortable and convenient for everyone. The location is also perfect. It is 5 minutes from the grocery market and a 10 minute walk to Corso Umberto where the main square is and also is where the buses come if you want to see the surrounding areas. You can also walk to the beach Isola Bella or take the lift which is also just 10 minutes from the apartment. I could not ask for anything more with this apartment. It has everything. And everything was perfect. Thank you so much for an amazing stay in Taormina.
