Lovely, secluded area with a fantastic swimming pool and small private beach. Apartment is a good size for a couple. Paola was very helpful, great communication and responsive. highly recommended!

We stayed at Marianne’s lovely place for almost 2 weeks and everything about it was wonderful. The apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by nature and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Marianne was very helpful and helped us organise transfers to and from the airport for a reasonable fee which made getting to and from the airport stress-free. The apartment is very modern with all the necessary appliances and furnished beautifully and stylishly. It was cosy and the temperature was cooler underground out of the sun after a long day outside. The patio was lovely to relax on with a nice view, peaceful quiet and had comfortable furniture. Overall, everything about the airbnb was perfect for our stay and we would definitely love to return!

Abbiamo soggiornato sette giorni, l'accoglienza è stata ottima e amichevole, con un pensiero di benvenuto di dolci locali e frutta fresca. L'appartamento è delizioso, molto pulito e attrezzato all'interno con tutto il necessario e all'esterno con una zona BBQ privata. L'appartamento offre tutte le comodità come fossimo a casa, situato in una zona molto tranquilla, con parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. Situato a pochi chilometri da Alghero e tutte le più belle spiagge possono essere raggiunte in poco tempo. Elisabetta ed Antonello sono persone alla mano, simpaticissime, molto disponibili e discrete. E' stato piacevole trascorrere del tempo a chiacchierare con loro, al momento della partenza il saluto è stato caloroso come tra vecchi amici, con la speranza di poter tornare da loro a Maristella.

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf das Meer. Super ausgestattete sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr sauber. Nette und schnelle Kommunikation. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder besuchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Siamo stati una settimana ad Ottobre ed e' stato tutto perfetto. Comunicazione con Francesco facilissima, sempre super disponibile e veloce a rispondere, casa in una location meravigliosa, con tutto quello che serve ad una famiglia (abbiamo 2 bimbi piccoli) Tutto fantastico, spero avremo occasione di visitare la zona di nuovo!

Pischina salida est une résidence très agréable, disposant d'une plage privée et d'une piscine olympique, accessibles aux résidents pour la modique somme de 5€ par personne et par semaine. Cela donne également l'accès au restaurant de la plage, pratiquant très prix très attractifs. Peu de choses à faire à proximité, car le logement est situé au bout de la presqu'île de Capo Caccia, mais si on aime la plage et les randonnées, c'est parfait. Alghero est à 30 min en voiture. la grotte de Neptune est à 5' en voiture. L'appartement est très agréable et très propre mais mériterait une déco plus moderne. il manque un micro ondes plus pratique que la gazinière. Petit bémol, le compresseur de la supérette, très bruyant. Enfin, durant la semaine, mon véhicule, bien que garé sur la place réservée au logement a été dégradé pendant la semaine (rayures)

We are extremely pleased we booked to stay here. The view from the deck was so much better than the photos showed, it was absolutely stunning. The location was incredibly peaceful and the villa, which was built by Vincenzo’s grandfather was beautiful and very spacious and authentic. Although there is no air conditioning the windows had mosquito screens so could be left open all night to allow a breeze. Vincenzo was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. The jetty was only a few minutes walk and a great place to swim. We highly recommend staying here and it was quite nice to not have wifi. The only inconvenience was having to throw away our rubbish but maybe this is common in Alghero as we saw other cars doing the same. Thank you Vincenzo, staying in your home was a highlight for us.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, schönes Haus, mit vielen schönen Details. Der Pool ist riesig mit 50m länge, jedoch Salzwasser. Noch besser ist natürlich die Bucht mit den kostenlosen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. In unser Reisezeit, war es 2/3 Abende sehr laut vom kleinen Restaurant am Pool, teilweise bis 3:30 Uhr. Aber zum Glück nicht täglich. 2x hatten wir Besuch vom Wildschwein, trotz verschlossen Tor Einmal hatten wir Besuch von zwei Hirschen auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Zu berücksichtigen ist das die nächtse größere Einkaufsmöglichkeit min 25min entfernt ist, ein kleiner Kramladen mit wenig teuren Produkten ist auf dem Gelände in der nähe.
