The apartment has warm décor, offers comfort, is airy and is very organized and clean. The highlight is in the stunning view of the beach and the bar. The building is close to the beach and the Centro, located in the best place in Tramandaí. It is accessible for those who have decreased mobility, have a lift and an access ramp on the door. Our hospitality was brief but pleasant and quiet, corresponding to our expectation.

The carnival holiday 2025 was perfect in this accommodation, apartment seems to have been recently renovated, only 2 flights of stairs, has parking, we find everything clean and organized. The sea view is indescribable, and the apartment well aired by the sea breeze. Laundry machine, rangers, rackets to play on the beach. Anyway complete and very nice apartment, with several nearby markets, and close to the center, we also feel no need to use the car. Already our reference in Tramandaí and if we can we will be back for sure!

The stay was perfect, the flat is wide,well airy and bright. The well-equipped kitchen, new furniture, smelling bedding,the apartment was very clean. Wonderful stay! The apartment is very well located, 2 blocks from the beach, quiet neighborhood and street, also close to the center. She welcomed us personally, from the beginning she was very attentive, responded quickly to messages. The apartment is impeccable, everything is new, clean and organized. My stay was excellent! The apartment exceeded expectations, being even better than in the photos. All very new, well equipped and extremely cozy. The location is amazing, a few meters from the waterfront, at the best point of Tramandaí, which makes the experience even more special. Access to the condominium is very practical, done electronically, ensuring security and amenities. In addition, the host was impeccable in service, very agile and always attentive. Another differential are the bathrooms, both with a gas shower, which ensured comfortable baths. The accommodation also has a washer and dryer that makes all the difference for those who want practicality. I recommend it without restrictions and I will certainly return at a next chance!

We love staying on Priscila's kitnet! Environment very clean and organized and very well located! Near shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors and near the beach. Priscila made our entrance flexible, making it possible to enjoy more of the space and the city. As the space does not have parking, we put the car on the street and it was very quiet, we suggest putting the car next to the kitnet window to keep an eye on it. I highly recommend Priscilla's space!

The apartment is the same as the photos. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived, making us feel at home. The location is also great, as it is one block from the beach and has markets on the corner. Clarice responded super fast and was helpful with our stay. We would definitely come back.

A great place with many options to do, a safe place and very close to the beach, as well as having several locations with various options of snacks, snacks, ice cream, açaí, restaurants, pizzeria, supermarkets and bars. Not to mention the local hospitality is super cozy! For sure my family is I will return more often!
