All windows are fitted with insect screens and electric roller shutters. Free Wi-Fi and a landline telephone (for domestic calls) are provided. The living room is equipped with a SAT-TV and a stereo system. The kitchen features a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, and shower.

My house is located on the edge of a village overlooking the beautiful, very close nature. Oberbibrach is 25 km south of Bayreuth (Richard Wagner Festival, university, beer city, a lot of culture, Lohengrin spa), 80 km east of Nuremberg, 30 km west of the Fichtel Mountains, 50 km west of the Czech border.
