Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a brand new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. The holiday apartment "Alte Stadtvilla am Weinberg" 1 is located in Traben-Trarbach and is a great choice for a getaway with your loved ones. The 50 m² property consists of a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot and a high chair as well as access to a washing machine and a dryer can be provided.

The place has direct access to numerous hiking trails and lots of nature. The old town is a 2-minute walk away, where there is a lot of history, delicious food and various wineries to explore. The Moselle riverbank is a 3-minute walk away with connections for boat trips or a few nice walks. Traben-Trarbach is a small paradise with lots of greenery and romantic flair. For bicycles, e-bikes, etc., there is a closed storage facility on the premises.

Welcome to our cozy apartment at Mosel kilometer 105 in the Art Nouveau city of Traben-Trarbach. The apartment is on the upper floor of a detached house. It has a separate entrance via an external staircase as well as a private roof terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning or end the day relaxed with a glass of wine. Quiet and close to the Moselle, you can reach the train station, gastronomy and shopping on foot.
