Very nice, beautiful living space. Plenty of space and light. Number of seats in the sitting area/living room is a bit limited, three or four adults can sit comfortably. Easy to reach the center of Lille by bus or on foot along the water. Perfect for a weekend in Lille with family or friends.

perfect. maybe consider putting up curtains for the daylight that comes in downstairs on the staircase side and can be annoying if someone sleeps on the couch.

The accommodation is a house perfectly suited to families. 4 adults and 4 children + the dog, everyone found their place! The house is very beautiful and the gardens are magnificent and very well equipped Michèle is charming We loved our stay.

Amazing stay although only for work! Bertrand is a lovely and attentive host, The breakfast wish freshly squeezed juice and hot coffee was perfect. The house is beautiful the rooms are enormous and modern. Peaceful and quiet with the beautiful garden and pool! We could not try it, but apparently Bertrand is an amazing chefs and can organise events and dinners at his beautiful home! Maybe next time 🙏🏼

Christophe and Sylvie are very friendly and welcoming hosts, an impeccable accommodation very well equipped! We had a great time! The jacuzzi was very nice after the day of sightseeing! We will come back without hesitation!

We had a great weekend with friends. The sheltered outdoor space with bbq is perfect. Top petanque track. Quiet and attached to an excellent restaurant. Several rooms in a row with individual beds which had motivated our choice because it was rare to find a place for 18 people without bunk beds and there it was perfect. It feels good, the common living space is enough. The pellet stove is an awesome plus. Coming for the NTMF, we will keep a very good memory of it. So thank you!

Beautiful accommodation in a good location, peaceful neighborhood and easily accessible

Very good family stay, the house is very nice, the services offered are of quality and the house is very well equipped for everyday life, which makes you feel really good in the house. Young and old were able to enjoy and enjoy the amenities!! Host is very responsive and available. We highly recommend this home and will come back to it during our next stay.

Mélis was very friendly and helpful. His house was in a perfect location for us and we were able to get around Lille so easily using the Metro, only 2 minutes walk from the door. The house is very spacious with a sitting out area in the garden. We were amazed at how well equipped the house was. There was everything needed for self catering. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance and also some restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we are in Lille.

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or with friends. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large to spend time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and space to retreat . Everything is as on the pictures modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is within walking distance. The accommodation is exactly as advertised. It is very well equipped to be able to stay there pleasantly. It is rather well located, being 10 minutes' drive from Lille center. Pauline gave us a nice welcome and was rather responsive to every question. I recommend her accommodation if you come to Lille.

This accommodation is a gem for visiting Lille in peace on foot, close to the citadel to relax and leave the car. In the heart of the lively but super quiet old Lille. 2 steps from typical restaurants (estaminets) and very nice The hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

No batteries that work in the remote controls to lower the electric blinds upstairs, bedside lamps not working in one of the bedrooms. There are also some utensils missing in the kitchen but otherwise everything was perfect, quality materials. Perfect baby bed with a REAL mattress.

It is a bright and well-equipped and quiet accommodation. Close to good shops and close to the tram in front of a park. Gauthier is very responsive, and his apartment is very clean.
