I had a fantastic time here and will stay here next time I’m here visiting my son. Great place, updated and there’s proof of pride in ownership here. Close to everything in town plus there’s so much to do with 30 mins of Blere … check it out!!

We had a pleasant stay in a quiet and very charming town, it is the ideal place for those looking to be in the city and at the same time in a peaceful place. We were able to stay in a beautiful little cottage at a really very reasonable price. We'll be back next time.❤️🥰

Vincent is quite friendly and helpful, giving clear instructions before arrival. The apartment is large and location is convenient, parking on site for free.

We had a great time in this place! The place is beautiful, clean and conveniently located. The photos do not do justice to the beauty and charm of this place. Everything was perfect, from the modern amenities to the warm decor, to the comfort of the beds. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and caring, always available to answer our questions and give us advice on the best activities to do in the area. Their hospitality really made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant place to relax and enjoy the land of castles. Excellent Cottage centrally located for an 80 mile radius to visit Chateau of the Loire. Peaceful. Quiet. Nice birds. Was even provided access to her herb garden for tarragon for cooking locally caught trout. Delicious! Excellent host!

We had a great time at Isabelle's place. She was very welcoming and the accommodation totally matched our expectations. The location is ideal when you want to take a tour of the Beauval Zoo and the Loire castles. I would highly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing place, tastefully decorated, in an exceptional village. A lot of effort has been put into decorating, where well-being is. Being by the water with this view is just unimaginable. Just missing an oven (on the wall above the plates , my 2 cents) and a curtain in the room (hanging on the wall with rings, my 2 cents again). Truly an awesome experience.

The gite “Le clos des mésanges” is cozy and beautifully located. It is located at the end of a small side street, so it is very quiet there. In the morning you can hear the birds chirping. There is a courtyard covered with glyzinia, where you can sit nicely and also harvest herbs. Even a ping pong table is available. Cisseaux is a great starting point for things to do to the “Castles of the Loire”. The fairytale castle chenonceau is in the immediate vicinity. We explored a lot in the area with the bikes. We were able to store these directly at the house. Marie-Laure is a very charming friendly host who was always responsive to our concerns and stood by us with tips. We would rent the accommodation again anytime! Thank you so much!

We had a lovely overnight stay at this place. Communication was easy via SMS. Our host was responsive. There were 4 of us, so we had the 2 bedrooms located upstairs (one with a double bed and the second with 3 single beds). We had access to a bathroom + private toilet. The living room and kitchen had to be shared with our host but we were finally alone. The place is much nicer in real life than in photos. Bed linen and bath linens were provided. We would recommend this listing.
